The room had a foul smell and the breakfast was barely edible. They took 3 dollars from deposit without reasoning.

The General Manager was helping with the breakfast, very involved with guest services and had a friendly face. Very welcoming and friendly at check in and check out.

The night audit employee did not leave a note for a late check out the following day, which caused issues with our stay the following day as the morning staff had no knowledge of the request from the night before. It is the little things that can cause a negative impact on a guest's stay. I would suggest having night time staff being diligent about making sure the they are communicating any requests to the morning staff to avoid confusion.

The breakfast was good, not a whole lot of choices but was decent. The bathroom was very spacious though and somewhat clean, doesn’t look like the bars had been wiped down after that last few guests.

requested a handicap room: 1.) the property has many bumps for someone using the elevator for instance, the floor in the elevator has about a tile thickness and polishing a wheel chair it’s difficult to get rolled over. 2.)The room itself was small & tight, unable to turn around a wheelchair in the sleeping area itself. 3. Our room was very loud, it was at the end of the hall and right bext to a busy road, heard traffic all night. 4.) the A/C unit was very loud as well, when it would turn on it sounded like you were in a wind tunnel. Needless to say, because of the noise, I got next to no sleep. I recommend bringing ear plugs if you plan to stay here.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in for what it is. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Wifi was fast enough for me to conduct my business remotely. Lots of food and stores nearby.

Room smelled weird, sink smelled really bad. Staff cleaned the room and sink but the smell came back after a few hours. It wasn't over powering enough to move rooms but the room really needs a deep clean and the drain in the sink needs to be checked.

Room and bathroom was dirty, paid alot for 1 night. Way over priced for one night.

The beds were comfortable and linens were clean

The shower was dirty or so worn that it was black on the bottom and sides, the bathroom door was dirty with old hand prints, there was a stain on the carpet that was stiff. The floor also needed a good cleaning. Over all the room needed some TLC.
