Simply Serene met all our expectations. It was a great location and had all the amenities we were looking for. Loved the game room with projector TV! Beds were very comfortable as well.

Good location to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities. Third level game room was fun for the whole family. The pull out sofa in the the main living room has broken springs and was very uncomfortable. Dishwasher did not clean well. Stove was well worn. Good refrigerator and coffee maker! Easy parking.

Nice place in the nountains. Close to town, great views.

Easy process

The was great except the front door has a big gap you can see straight outside which made it alittle cold inside .. The fire place you can turn it on but the light to the logs don't work.. There isn't enough seating at the kitchen table for you number of people that can stay there or enough seating in living room for 8 people . That splits us up if we all wanted to sit together we had to do upstairs to the gameroom.

This cabin was nice. There were no clear instructions on where is to put trash and hot tub was questionable on cleanliness but other than that it was great

Upon my arrival and inspection of the cabin, I hate to say I'm very disappointed. We have paid over $3000 to stay here for and we were hopeful for a week of relaxing and enjoying our family time. The cabin doesn't look to have been cleaned at all. Sheets have not been changed as their are crumbs in them, the pillow cases are nasty and unwashed (even the dirty ones are still laying in the closet floor and in the dresser drawer?), the floor is very sticky and has food and liquids spilled all throughout the kitchen, the stairs and carpeted areas haven't been vacuumed (with crumbs piled into the corners), the fridge doesn't look to have been wiped out as old food is stuck to the walls and the shelves. There is also a chair at the kitchen table that is broken so it renders our family from sitting together at the table for meals. The dishwasher smells disgusting, and there's no way it is cleaning the dishes properly. There are someone's clothes in one of the dressers. We have also found dead roaches(which is very concerning). It literally looks like someone came in and made the beds and walked out. We had no choice but to stay the night last night as we have kids with us and we cannot be driving around trying to find another place to go for the night. We need this addressed ASAP so we can figure out what we need to do on our end, to enjoy our vacation. I hope you understand we didn't expect to pay this kind of money to have to come in and clean and wash linens in order to relax on our vacation (that we haven't been able to have in several years) as well as the added worry that now we will be taking roaches home. We chose this place based on reviews and pics showing a much cleaner environment. So I am very disappointed.

The property was beautiful , although I was expecting it to be much cleaner. I am a housekeeper myself and I always try to leave a place as if my mother was going to be staying there . The balconies {3} were covered in spiders and spider webs and also in the showers were cob webs . Dust was another issue ,and it was everywhere . The other issue that I had was a big one which was safety , We were there to celebrate my mom and dads anniverisary ,my mom is 80 years old I guess someone had made a big mistake and double booked the cabin and at about 1am someone entered our cabin with the same code we had and scared my mom and kids to death .Although we got it straitened out we didnt feel safe as they could not change the code . My dogs are very protective and this could have been a really bad situation had someone had gotten attacked by my dogs . It was just a bad situation. We were told that we would be compensated for the intrusion I guess we will see in 7 to 10 business days. I dont know that I will ever feel safe in renting another cabin in the future . So I guess I can sum this up by saying Cleanliness is next to Godliness and safety is a priority .You have a beautiful cabin and I think we would have enjoyed staying there had it not been for these few problems . I hope this does not happen again to your future occupients because I dont want anyone to get hurt or to feel unsafe on their vacation .

Loved game room, hot tub, kitchen awkward, family dinner not enough seating, porch swing unsafe needs attention. Nice bedrooms and baths. Good location

Pics of the cabin are older, rocks missing from fireplace inside, downstairs master bedroom stays hot with AC on 69. Pool table needs new felt and pockets fixed, dust on the walls in the rooms etc. Whole place needs a good cleaning. Location is good, parking and acces are good.

I would recommend staying somewhere completely different. The neighborhood was awful. We had neighbors that were so loud and disruptive we had to cut our vacation 2 days short because nobody in my family could sleep at night. Our poor kids begged to come back home. I am livid. People were so loud until 2-3am every single night. It was a terrible experience. For the price you pay for something like this it should be a good experience. I will never stay here again. I should have heeded the other reviews. We also were told we weren’t even listed as guests in the resort. They couldn’t find our reservation so we didn’t even have access to the pool during our stay. The wifi didn’t work at all. We would try and connect and it would stop. Nothing went the way it should have. Like I said, never ever again.

This cabin is perfect for getting away to a luxurious cabin in the mountains, but also being very close to town!

I had a great time in Gatlinburg until I was stripping the bed before checkout and found bed bugs! The property manager said “thanks for telling me” and then ghosted me when I asked about our options. I had to contact the rental company about our options. The rental company covered my cost to clean and replace our damaged belongings (which is what I asked for), but it was still 12+ hours of work to make sure my friends and I didn’t bring them home. It caused so much more stress than the trip was even worth. I wish I had stayed home.

I have nothing bad to say about the cabin itself. It worked out perfect for our family. Everyone had their own separate space which was nice. It is pet friendly which is awesome. Our family could all come together in the game room which had a lot to keep you busy. The bad! I'm not sure what I really received for my $300 host fees. We were left with one pod of coffee, no shampoos, lotions or anything you come to expect with a nice rental. The items in the kitchen had been very well used. The dishwasher racks were broken. The stopper for the kitchen sink was broken. Several of the wooden blinds yep you guessed it broken! We never could get the gas fireplace to work either. In my eyes it was poor management not the cabins fault. Things break and with the money they get for renting it and host fees they should be fixed.

The house is beautiful but needs cleaned badly. Dripped water on the tile floor in the dining area and wiped it up with a paper towel. It was filthy! One of the showers did not work, there was broken chairs in the recreation room, broken wooden swing on deck, one of the arcade games was broken. The TVs would turn in but took a lot of work to get ten working. I called and spoke to the contact about these things and I never heard back from anyone. A good cleaning and a little tlc and this house would have been awesome. Nicely decorated. Spacious. Flat parking. Good location. Beautiful views.

When we got to properly it was very hot in cabin I tried to send messages age to property management with no response. I check all weekend for a message back from them and got none. The cabin was not very clean the walls in bed room had so much dust on them my husband's allergies bothered him all weekend and it was not just in there you could write your name on all the fans in the house. The first night took bath the tub would not drain in bedroom on main floor, my husband owns a plumbing company and had to clean all the hair out to just get water out and the down stairs shower had to be Plunged with plunger to get it to drain. The bedroom on main floor had a nice TV sitting on dresser but it had no controller for it. And I don't get the thing with the trash with no can at house having to drive it to entrance of complex and for it to be so full that everyone had just throw there trash on ground. It looked so nasty. I have never did a review on a property before but for the money we paid for this it was just not worth it. And if you pay someone to clean they need to be cleaned. I am glad mother natural worked in our favor for them not coming and checking on air.

We were able to relax as well as have tons of fun! This chalet is wonderful, has plenty of space and sleeps up to 8 comfortably, has tons of games and activities, large projection screen, all the comforts of home, hot tub and much more! Highly recommend!

Cabin was outdated, bathroom door fell off track. Dishes in kitchen has mix and match. We had to call several times property manager kept getting recording no call back. Finally spoke with someone. Internet did not work well at all even after someone came to fix. It was very spotty.

The Cabin was basically as shown in pictures. Great location and wonderful for our family of 7 to stay. We had adults and a 10 year old and a 4 month old. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The game room was a huge hit. The downfalls were that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the hot tub was not hot! Other than that the view of the mountains was breathtaking and we enjoyed our stay! We would return!

We just got home from our week long stay and had a wonderful time!!! I couldn’t believe how relaxing our trip was. Our neighbors did get loud at night, however the windows really kept the noise to a minimum. The cabin could use a few pot holders to get items out of oven. The front steps get really slick when it rains, my sister did slip and fall on them. However these were the only issues. We had a blast!!

The arcade games dont work. There is no air hockey table. The Direct TV was disconnected on day 2 of our stay and never taken care of. The theatre screen stopped working after the cable guy left. The beds were terrible to sleep on and worn out. Downstairs bathroom door rubs tile so hard you can hardly move it, nails sticking out of deck boards and the swinging chair. The property manager had no clue of the cable guy coming at 8pm during our visit and they took care of nothing and didn't even call us back. Will never book with this cabin or company again. Hate leaving reviews like this but they wont call is back to rectify anything and I hate to see anyone else have this experience.

Beds and pillows were absolutely awful! The cabin pics did not show how close it is to neighbors so we had a couple of nights we were kept up because of loud neighbors. Tub on the main level was extremely slow to drain. Septic smelled terrible and could not sit on the porch. We had maintenance come twice to fix a running pot. 2 TVs did not work. Light switch on main level bedroom kept flicking off and on. We just felt like alot of little things needed attended to.....sorry we will not be staying here again.

Property was nice and loved sitting out on the porches in the trees. The kitchen was perfect. The game room was great. The location was perfect. The cabin and grill could have been cleaner. Had a couple of issues with the bathrooms and could not use the downstairs back bedroom shower. It took hours to drain. The owner and management company responded promptly to our concerns, but the shower was never fixed. Also it says the pool is within walking distance, it's a long walk.

We had the best family vacation! Cabin is located near everything. There are other cabins nearby and you can hear when your neighbors are loud. We found a few spiders in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really liked the game room for the kids. It is so relaxing you will not want to leave!

We had a great weekend getaway and this cabin was the perfect place to be! There were issues on the check in and the management company was quick at responding and taking care of the problem. You can tell that the owners care about the cabin and it has all the amenities to make the time in the cabin amazing. We took away incredible memories.
