The home has a good, close location to all of the festivities at Courthouse Square and surrounding blocks. Easily walking distance. We love the layout of the home and especially the fenced backyard, back patio with gas fire pit feature. We loved spending time out there and listening to Christmas music with hot chocolate and eggnog.

We loved our 3 night stay at the Bridge Street Cottage. The place was just as it was shown in the pictures and was just a really great place. The backyard was wonderful but I think we loved the patio the most! It was walking distance to Whisky Row and all the shops. We would definitely rent this place again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Even though the weather di not exactly cooperate we still had a great week out of the heat. Location is good -- close to restaurants, etc. House was clean and check-in and-out was a breeze. We'd go back next year but they are already completely booked!

An amazing property in a great location! Me and my husband enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be bringing kids with us on our next visit! Walking distance from the rodeo festivities, restaurants, and stores! Great location only minutes away from anything you may need! The home was equipped with everything needed in the relaxing areas in this home are limitless!!!

The general layout of this property is very comfortable and spacious. The backyard with the covered patio is the best we have experienced and our dog loved it. The property is located in close proximity to downtown Prescott, yet it is quiet and peaceful. The king bed was comfortable and pillows adequate. (I loved the sturdy luggage rack in the master closet!) There was an abundance of TVs, but the only one that I wish had offered the option of streaming did not ( the large family room in the rear of the house). Overall, a very comfortable home in a great location!

What a great cottage and so close to Whiskey Row. Clean, comfortable and cute! We will be choosing this place again and again.

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Everyone had their own space when needed but there was lots of room to hang out together as well. It is within walking distance of Whiskey Row which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 6 day stay at the house. The proximity to Downtown with all the restaurants within walking distance was perfect for this group. The back porch/patio is fantastic for a BBQ and just hanging out. This was one of the bettter VRBO's I've stayed at.

We had a wonderful time gathering here as a family and celebrating thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed.

We loved the home and location. Just a short walk to Courthouse Square. The yard was huge for us to have privacy, space and room to spread out and play with our dog. The dog enjoyed exploring the yard and running laps. We really enjoyed the back patio, comfortable seating, ambient lighting and fire pit feature that kept us warm while enjoying the cold fresh air. Nice touch providing the extra propane tank. The interior of the home was nicely furnished and decorated, Multiple room options for relaxing and watching TV under a blanket. Another nice touch was the coffee station area that had a Kuerig and provided coffee pods, sugar and creamer if you needed extra. The kitchen had everything you would need, nice plates, glasses and coffee mugs. Although we did not use it, there is a weber grill out back by patio which in the future we imagine grilling some steaks. The beds were very comfortable and soft! Nice touches in the bedroom included robes provided, bath and hand towels, cotton balls, q-tips and other amenities. Leaving the home for Courthouse Square was made easy by a simple key pad lock at front door, no keys to worry about. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I have stayed here 5 times and just love it! Every time I open the front door it I get the same relaxing, warm feeling as I did the first time. I love the back room where people can relax and read or watch tv without disrupting others who might still be sleeping. I wish I had their back patio at home. Great place to hang out, drink a glass of wine and enjoy the outdoors. So many places to eat, drink or shop within a 4 minute walk. The house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Love that they are dog friendly. Jennifer is very responsive and the house is always immaculate. This is my first choice when staying in Prescott.

Wonderful little house, the patio was perfect for visiting, the beds were comfortable, amenities as listed. Short walk to town with lots of fun shops and restaurants. Jennifer and Wendi were wonderful, responding to any questions/issues promptly. Everything was just as pictured with some lovely, thoughtful extra touches!

We absolutely love this property! We were in town for a week for a family wedding on Whiskey Row. The home is walkable to everything in the historic district. It's just minutes to thumb butte, Watson lake, and the Lynx Lake rec area. The property manager is super nice and flexible. When I mentioned last minute that we were arriving several hours before check in she responded that she would contact me as soon as the property was clean and ready so that we could check in early. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is a wonderful fenced yard with a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area that was a great place to sit for morning coffee, lunches, and just to visit in the evenings. There were no issues with strict rules (no outside lights after 9pm to include fire pits) or neighbors as some family experienced at rentals in other parts of Prescott. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for future vacations.

Jennifer was an excellent host. Gave us great dining options. The home was outstanding. The patio was excellent. Although we did not have a need for it, the casita was a superb addition for those who have guests. The home was furnished nicely. If I have one suggestion, it would be to have a standard ironing board. The master bedroom could accommodate one. The Teflon type covering is not user friendly.

Everything was easy from check in to check out. We had a fantastic time thanks to our hosts. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

A very nice property in a great location in Prescott. The cleanest rental we have had yet. Highly recommend!
