There were so many amenities for all ages to enjoy. Welcoming staff. Clean property. The children enjoyed the water park. Easy check-in process with great communication. My family and I loved our stay.

I like the room. my kids enjoyed the stay. A little dissapointment in the first day of stay. we brought the attention in the front office that the master bedroom have a big water stain on the sheets from the ceiling. and we waited for that night since they said fresh sheets are coming 2nd call in the 2nd day morning. no one bring us. till we got back from disney still not replace. Last night of stay when we get our nee bed sheets. other than that all is awesome.

The property was everything the listing said it would be!

We enjoyed our stay even though it rained the whole 2 days we were there. An indoor pool would’ve been nice because we couldn’t swim due to the weather. Thankfully there are other fun indoor activities to do like bowling & an arcade. Great resort! Helpful, friendly staff! Large unit that fit our family of 6 perfectly!

Stayed here w my mother and 3yo daughter while I attended a conference at OCC Center. Biggest downside is that the “water park” was extra $. One would think that after spending the amount that we did on our stay the water park would be included. But overall wonderful stay, great staff and friendly, clean environment.

Absolutely amazing. Place is very spacious

Went for a day at SeaWorld, but discovered that that the resort had SO MANY AMENITIES ( stuff for all ages ) that are just as fun as any theme park. We plan to return for a week in the summer :))

We booked with no intention on attending a presentation but was offered $200 to attend a 90 min presentation. The first sales associate was very nice. The lunch served was absolutely the lowest quality and presentation of lunch I have ever seen - hot dogs! After we made it clear we were not purchasing today, a second rep came over and began to push us to buy. He was challenging and offensive. Then a 3rd rep came over and offered another vacation get away…no! We said no and she continued to push. I had to get stern with her to let her know we needed to leave. Our day of vacationing was ruined. The actual condo was very nice and we slept very well. Would visit again but never doing that tour and presentation. Thanks!

This property was beautiful! My friends and I had an amazing weekend at our stay at the Westgate! The staff was very accommodating and made traveling in and out of the resort super easy! The property itself was stunning and super clean, would definitely want to stay here again!

Clean, spacious, close to parks.

Nice accomodation with spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bath, full kitchen, living and dining areas, even a full washer/dryer. All the conforts of home. My only complaints are the elevator was not operable more than once which was an inconvenience considering we were on the 6th floor. The other issue was the foul smell of WEED as we walked down and around the building(s) and throughout property!!

Convenient to Disney and Universal. Wonderful property and great unit. Previous renters left a bit of problem, but 1 call and the property management team took immediate action and problems were corrected.

Everything was fantastic. Had some ac issues and had to work with the front desk a few times but they got it fixed and the location was fantastic.

Nice location, family enjoyed the pools and restaurants

It starts with a late night phone call from a very unprofessional sounding salesman from the property. The next day we arrived 11:30pm. I was deing dropped off at the door while the family went to find a parking spot. As I was getting out of the car a security guard started screaming at me about not parking at the entrance. I was the passager so I'm not sure why he assumed I was parking. I explained our intentions and he backed off. I walked inside the lobby where I found a line of at least 23 groups trying to check in ahead of me. There were only 2 employees running the counter. And the check in process was taking forever. As this is a time share I assume they were trying their sales pitch on every one in line. Trying to sell to a bunch of families with cranky kids after midnight is not a good idea. At one point I had someone hold my spot in line to used the rest room. It was dirty, old, dated with lots of water damage. With the cost of the rooms I expected better. We finally were checking in dragging ourselves to our room. Once we arrived we quickly noticed the air conditioner was not working. And had to call for maintenance. In an attempt to get settled while we waited one of the kids took a shower. That's when we found out it was a shared accommodation with a giant roach. The next morning we found it's friend in the other bathroom. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

Wish we would have stayed longer!

Awesome property! Conveniently located to Universal, ICON park, and Sea World. Also, the Dr. Phillips area is a pretty nice area as well. I wish the information about the cost of the water park was disclosed, as well as other on property amenities. This was my first Westgate stay and I’ll definitely be back!

2nd time staying at this property and I will definitely plan on staying here again next year. The location is perfect for what we were there to do.

Great pools, restaurant and shop. Helpful and friendly staff. Location good for most attractions, using Uber but not so easy to walk out. Apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor inconvenience was the archaic finance system which meant we were messaged to attend the reception to settle account every time we charged anything to the room. Aldo even when we had already paid.

Thoroughly enjoyed!

We had such a great stay at the resort! Our room was clean and just as described. It’s very close to Universal Studios and Disney is about 15 minutes away. The only complaint I have is that in my opinion, there could be a few more pots/pans for cooking in the room. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great stay, clean, everything you need right there close! Universal was easy to access, but if you gonna try to order food on to site, let it be n own no one will deliver to property not even grub hub…. Great restaurant/pizza parlor on site but make it back early enough to utilize those food sources

This was an amazing trip for my grandchildren. They loved everything about this place. It was very close to everything and they truly had an awesome time. Thanks Jake for your immediate response when I needed help with the check in clerk. You made my little peoples week which In turned made my week.

The sizes of the apartment was awesome for my family. Tons of things to do on the property which helped for a rainy day. The nest thing was 10 mins away from Disney and Universal.

Pros - location was convenient to Universal - room cleanliness was good Cons - Room wasn’t the same as what was shown in the pictures. May have missed that in the details somewhere but wasn’t expecting to receive a random room as if it were a hotel vs a Vrbo stay. - WiFi only worked in kids room and kitchen. My wife and I both had work to keep up with so this was more than a small inconvenience. - Hot water pressure stopped working and took 2 days to fix - Living room remote control didn’t work - Parking was a nightmare at the end of the day. Had to park several buildings away - AC didn’t cool bedrooms well - Required check in/out at the resort, who was pushing timeshares. Maybe this is normal but I’m used to Vrbo stays having direct access to enter the room. - Room shared an outer doorway with the room next door. They happened to deadbolt that door once so it required security to get us into our room at the end of the day. - Reataurant experience at Drafts (on property) was pitiful (hostess disappeared when our table was ready, to go orders were getting precedence over dining in, and drink from the bar never arrived during our entire meal even though the waitress kept checking at the bar). This isn’t really on the renter but worth noting as part of the overall experience.

The resort was clean and felt very safe with. Family and kids. They had a playground and the pools were great for an afternoon swim. The rooms had a full kitchen, we did need to pack all the necessities to cook a meal. The resort restaurant is a good option if you need a quick meal. My kids loved the arcade, the only downfall was the water park closed at 6 and you had to pay even if you weren’t swimming. ( not great for a grandparent that just wants to watch) and the lobby cafe was closed by 7 so you couldn’t get ice cream. Awesome place if you have littles and everyone is in bed by 8!!

We stayed here for our family vacation on 3/6-3/10. Overall, the property was nice. I wasn't aware that you had to pay to use the Waterpark, as a guest, and it was $25/person so keep that in mind. We had to call maintenance a few times because the AC wouldn't budge from its setpoint and it got hot at night. Overall, it was a good visit.

Windsor Lakes was one pleasant surprise after another. The units are clean and large. There are 7 pools and the little village for things to do. Right on Turkey Lake this resort is in the heart of orlando. Seaworld is around the corner. Universal and I Drive are like a 5 min drive.
