We had a great time at the property. The home was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. The location is a quiet neighborhood close to stores and 15-20 minutes from downtown (we had no issues getting an Uber)

We enjoyed our stay-lots of fun things with two pools, arcade, golf, etc. Check-in and out were very easy. Would stay here again and would recommend.

We were happy with our stay. We had everything we needed. If anything was forgotten store's were close by. The in door pool had a locking door which was nice for our little ones. The game room, sand volleyball, and other activities were more than enough for us. We really enjoyed the space. Owners are close by and willing to assist if needed.

There was so much to do! Out of the city, but so very easy to get in and out of Nashville. Kathy was so very kind, informative and easily available for questions or needs. From our child to her grandparents everyone enjoyed the arcade, pools, hot tubs and outdoor areas. Everyone was exhausted every night for all the fun around the property. Can't wait to go back!

After seeing Amy G's review, I reached out to Kathy as I had strong concerns because the main reason we were going was because of the pool and arcade games. Kathy was very kind (like Amy said), explained that they had never had concerns like this before in regard to the pool / games but, admitted again that 5 weren't working but, they were going to try to get somebody in to fix those games and make sure the pool was close to the mid 80s in temperature. At arrival, we found out the games hadn't been fixed (Kathy did have a family issue but, I really don't think the games were ever going to be fixed). Also, as we started playing we learned just because a game turns on doesn't mean it works. Note most of these games are 30+ years old with quirks (meaning they by and large do not work well). The skee-ball game didn't keep score half the time, the b-ball game sometimes worked, the air hockey game didn't have a lot of air pressure, 1 of the HydroThunder games went on the blink half the time, etc. These games did not work at all: Sports Shooting, Target Force, 1 Sega Super GT, Arcade Legends, Boxing game, Big Buck and Deer Hunting USA. The Deal or No Deal was really just a waste of space as the only purpose was to win tickets which, wasn't going to happen in a residential setting. There is no direct access from the house to the pool so, when it is 35 degrees outside, it is "chilly" making that transition back / forth. The actual pool was not as bad as Amy suggested and we were allowed to close a few windows to help make it comfortable but, at no time were we able to stay in the pool for more than an hour which was disappointing. Kathy said it was set to 84 degrees but, that doesn't mean it ever got to 84 degrees. I think Kathy is an attorney or in the legal field because, you have to be careful on her answers! I feel bad that they spent a lot of money apparently to fix the pool mechanical system but, it still doesn't work. The karaoke machine wasn't hooked up, Kathy offered to come over to fix it but, at this price point, things should be checked out in between guests. Also, it should be noted the hosts are "on property" in a mobile home and sometimes in the non-rented part of the house. This was a bit different to me (and we did hear them from time to time). The bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs were all great. If like the 2/14 review you want a relaxing time, give it a try. Don't go for the swimming in the Winter or the games!

Kathy and Mike were great hosts! Very clean rooms and so much to do without having to leave the property. If I’m ever in the Nashville area with a big group again wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

The host was very kind and even helped us bring in our groceries. She was there to help with check in and gave us a tour. During the tour we learned that some of the games in the arcade were not working properly. We later found out more games were not operating so it was about 50% worked. We also learned in the tour that the indoor pool room had to keep all the windows open because their dehumidifier wasn’t working. In temps below 30, this was not pleasant. If the host was able to raise the temp of the water it may have been enjoyable, but that didn’t happen. So in our attempt to swim, it only lasted 3 min before we had to get out because we were shivering. The indoor pool and arcade were our reasons for booking this property so we were disappointed. The house was clean and stocked with extra linens and towels, we were grateful for that. Over all the host was very kind and easy to communicate with, but we would not recommend if your soul purpose was to enjoy the arcade and the indoor pool (in winter temps). However, I could see this having a more enjoyable experience when the temps are higher and you are able to enjoy the outdoor space, as it was set up very nicely.

Awesome place to stay kids loved it very comfortable. The owners were great house what exactly as listed.kids loved the game room. Would have stayed longer if we had time to. Would recommend to anyone.

This property is a mini resort. Pools, hot tubs, free arcade, fire pits with supplied wood, Games and more. King bed in every room. 2 mins to stores and shops. Our group had an amazing time. Thank you so much for make a memorable birthday for my wife!

Great property with lots to do onsite. House provides a lot of added touches that you don’t typically see, like coffee pods, extra trash bags, and shampoo/body wash provided.

This was a great place for a family vacation. We stayed 4 nights and there was so much to do at the house. All the adults and kids ages 2.5-15 enjoyed the gameroom, and both pools. We had a nice fire one night and sat around the nice firepit area as well as grilled some steaks on the grill. Loved the layout of the house. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Having a broad age range of kids, this house was perfect and all had a blast! Loved being able to stay at the house and not go anywhere and still be able to do activities when the little one napped. It was nice that hosts provided plenty of towels for bath and pool as well as extra toilet paper and paper towels. The Keurig machine and provided k cups and creamer was a nice treat and added bonus. Hosts were super friendly and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will for sure be planning a return stay in the future.

Stayed for a few nights from out of town. The house was just as described from the photos. Everything was cleaned when we got there with the exception of the outdoor pool and the hammocks. Our rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient near Wal Mart or other food places. The amenities in the house kept us busy such as the arcade room, indoor pool, basketball court and the hot tubs. Would recommend going here for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Took my family of 4 kids here and they loved it. The big draws were the arcade and indoor pool and as expected these were the big hits upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the basketball hoop and the 2 hot tubs. We needed a place to get away for spring break and this worked. The house itself is small, but that was okay. The location isn't really the kind where we felt like we could go out for a run and explore (there is a plaza with a Wal Mart/Taco Bell minutes away), but it was okay. The property manager was very sweet!

We had an excellent experience at this large, sprawling property. The kids loved the mini golf, the indoor pool and spent hours playing in the arcade. Would love to visit again!

We gather as a four generation family in Nashville every other year. 2020 was a year for a staycation type of property. Mike and Kathy offered the perfect place. Every aspect of this home is designed for a large group - two tables, large living room, firepit seating, and large play areas. The Arcade Room was a big hit for young and old. We swam, golfed, swung, shot baskets, sang, roasted marshmallows, walked in the neighborhood, baked cookies, soaked in hot tubs, and slept great. Adults took the King bedrooms and the kids slept on murphy beds which were nearby. Everything was in working order. The few things we couldn't find, Kathy located within minutes. We will come again.

We all had a great time during a winter visit. Enjoyed the pool and arcade room for many hours. The kids spent some time out doors and I doubt that we'd see them at all if we came in the summer. Kathy took super care of us. We reached out with a couple of questions and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone.

There was plenty of room and things to do. (board games TVs in every room plus the arcade room and pool) Well stocked with towels and dinnerware. The property is near Mall and stores but had a very private setting. We were there in the winter but kept busy. Highly recommend!

So much to do--neither the small children or grown adults got bored. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to reconnect and hang with the family (ages 63, 30's and 19 months). The property provides plenty to keep busy without having to leave the property. Everyone had a blast on the free play video arcade games, after dinner karaoke, midnight soaks in the hot tub, exercise in the indoor pool, and playing in the yard on the playground and putting green. All household necessities are included. The place felt very clean and comfortable. The Hosts walk you through the property explaining everything and that was the last we saw of them (but knowing if we needed anything they would respond quickly). We all had a great time developing new, fun memories.

The property has more amenities than you can possibly imagine. We never left the house and never ran out of things to do. The hot tubs are giant, more firewood than you could ever use (we tried). The beds and bathrooms were great. Mike was very helpful with any questions we had. The entire property is fenced with a 6ft fence. The entry is a key pad controlled gate. The entire fence line is also lined with beautiful rose bushes. I would recommend anyone stay at this property, we willl be back again in the future!

We had a great time at Mike and Carol’s place for my daughter’s 9th birthday. The indoor pool was huge and the arcade was stacked. The kids (and adults) were never bored. We also sang karaoke, made a bonfire in the evenings, and relaxed in the hot tub(s). We needed a fun escape and this gave us the perfect, private and safe family vacation!

This house was fun to stay at for kids and adults. Everyone liked the arcade and indoor pool since it was so hot under the sun. The outdoor pool was a little small for everyone in our group, but worked well for just a few kids at a time. We were able to use the fire pit for s’mores. The owners communicated well and promptly got a repairman our for a few arcade games that weren’t working. Overall, this was a great place to relax.

We actually live only 25 minutes away from this home. Covid-19 altered our vacation plans to Florida and finding this place eliminated hours of travel and stress. We stayed four nights and never had a reason to leave the property. The kids had a ball in the two pools and arcade. We didn't even have time to use all of the entertainment options provided. Mike and Kathy were wonderful to work with and were readily available to solve the few minor problems that we had during the stay.. It is obvious that they take great pride in their home. My family is already talking about going back.

Mike was very helpful and nice. The home was lots of fun for us and the kids. The arcade was the highlight. The kids wanted to be in it more than the pools. We wanted to go somewhere we didn’t have to worry with being entertained by outside sources. There was more than enough to do at the house. There is a Publix less than 4 miles away and a Target 1.5 miles away. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are already talking about when we might stay again.

My god this house is amazing my kids n Family enjoyed ourself so many thing to do you can sit n watch the deers from the pouch fire fly flying everywhere beautiful at night !!!! 2 pool one heated n we was able to tent n the back yard with our son he love It n safe!!!! hot tub ,game rooms , comfortable big bed.....and house is big n has many thing to do we will definitely come back thank you for having us!
