The people their is very friendly. Only problem we had was the beds!!! They say the are queen size bit their not they are more full size then anything.

Needs some updated rooms and the carpet needs to be changed to a more modern style of decor. I would have liked the lobby to stay open to watch football games and conversation with friends and family. They closed the lobby down every day after breakfast and never opened it back up.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and my adult son slept on the sofa bed, that was a joke of a bed. We called the front desk to get a blanket for the sofa bed, she wouldn't even bring it to us. She said that we could come down and get it. It was the most uncomfortable stay and we will not be returning.

Solid property. Suite was basic, spacious and clean. Hallways and common areas are a little dirty, due to being pet friendly. Walls are paper thin is the main negative, could hear neighbors talking late at night taking away from good night sleep. Breakfast was ok, basic but worked for being free.

The grounds and lobby were very clean and seemed to be updated. Our room was clean, but the mattresses and pillows need to be updated. The bathroom wasn't in great shape and needs renovation. Also, the air conditioning didn't work very well.

Carpets in hall were bleached stained randomly (probably from housekeeping actually cleaning lol). Okay no biggie doesn’t affect my stay or room cleanliness

Horrible! Room was mildew they wouldn't move us. Offered some money back then at checkout said they didn't say that! Manager very rude! We have stayed couple of times but will never be back

The desk clerk was very unfriendly and our room had not been cleaned. We were given another room and it was fine. Everything else was fine but we were very disappointed with the attitude of the person who checked us in. The check out was ok but still not what we usually receive from other hotels we have stayed at.

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon together there and it was exactly the way we wanted to spend it, it was peaceful, and the staff was great and was a very clean and a very pleasant experience…

The room was great, the only complaint we had with the room was in the bedroom the curtains did not block out the light that was right outside our window, so it made it too bright in the room. The bed was comfortable and we loved how big the actual room was.

Ended up with a room that must have had water damage recently. The room was musty and showed signs of mold in the tub and the a/c was on 76 and my laser temp reader read room air to be at 79-81 degrees . With closed window and curtains. I was tired from long drive so we just ate and had to deal with it . I told the front desk about the issues at checkout since i figured management would be available but they just smiled and said okay as if they already knew there was a prior issue that had occurred in that room.

I would have given the hotel five stars, but our room had ants. We brought our dog, and we didn’t see the ants until we unpacked.
Otherwise, the room was great, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel itself was not bad, but the gym only had 2 treadmills, the pool was ok. My bathroom toilet broke after night 1, I asked front desk twice to take care of it or move me to another room, neither requests were fulfilled.
Decent price and decent breakfast, outside of that I wouldn't recommend.

Maybe the hotel was old but the bathroom plumbing was not flush against the wall and the flooring was not clean in the corners. Room felt damp and there were stains on the beds dustruffle and stains on the carpet. Guess I expected better. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite satisfying.

I love the safeness of the area. I visited last year in December and it was nice. This visit in August wasn't as nice. The place was a bit unclean. The floors especially. Still quiet and safe but hardly no parking. Overall it was good enough for a last minute spare of the moment quick stay.

During my check in, the woman at the counter came out of her office and said, what’s the name? Then she typed and handed me one key and said third floor. I don’t need a big conversation but there was no hello, how many keys do you want, breakfast is during this time….
We like how big the room was. There’s a bedroom and a separate living area with a sofa sleeper, chair, desk, and second tv.

The woman at the front desk didn't say Hello, how are you, didn't introduce herself and acted like she was mad at the world. I asked what was her problem and why she had that terrible attitude, she didn't even say welcome to the hotel, she replied saying she didn't have an attitude. I told her we are just checking in and my wife and I didn't
do anything to you. That person working the desk around 6:00 PM on saturday Aug 10th should never work with the public period. It was unreal!

The check in lady was rude and unhelpful at all, rooms very outdated and I was hearing the room next door so clearly.
I'd say the lady who checked me out was more pleasant.

The lobby and breakfast areas were nice, modern, and clean. The carpet in the hallways and rooms was stained and looked very dirty. The room had an unpleasant odor. The pullout sofa had a terribly thin mattress that all the springs were felt through. The sofa cushions were matted down. There was a closet door that did not stay shut (hanging by half a hinge). It's due for a refresh. The service was nice as was the breakfast.

Location was not very obivous, set back behind other hotel and Hooters. Evening desk person was not very welcoming. No smile, short curt answers. Seemed like she did not want to be there. Room was okay but had a musty smell. Bathtub had some issues: stained and broken tub stopper.

Nice Hotel - Front desk staff was insanely nice and helpful. Cleaning crew gave us fresh towels daily. My only complaint would be the teeny tiny garbage cans in a kitchen room - not large enough for trash disposal.
