Could not have loved this house and location more! Coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the waves roll in started everyday perfectly. Having our own private beach meant not having to worry about getting a good spot. The house is very spacious and up to date. We'l be back!

We rented to house specifically for the private beach to have a wedding for my daughter. The house worked out great, the private beach was perfect for what we needed, and the owner was very willing to work with the wedding planners to help us create the special day. We've taken several beach vacations over the years, 3 at Destin alone - and I can say this house, location and amenities were as good or better than we've experienced. Highly recommend.

You can stay in the biggest, tallest, fanciest high-rise in Destin, but not have the beautiful tranquility of this place. I almost felt bad for nearby neighbors whose beach was packed this past week with so many chairs and umbrellas, they could not see the gulf. We ordered 3 sets of chairs and there was nobody around us. All private. This makes all the difference! Absolutely the best place to stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous views. The best house we have stayed in so far! Plenty of room, super clean, plenty of sleeping space for 4 adults and 2 kids. I cannot say enough about Kimberly. She takes pride in her homes and it shows. She was easy to contact, super friendly and easy to work with. We were able to contact her with very minor issues and she resolved them so incredibly fast. Will 100% stay here again. The private beach is phenomenal. Security checks in to make sure the proper people are on the private beach. No random people taking over your spots. The permanent residents next door were so kind and pleasant to have conversations with. They helped us know exactly where to place our chairs everyday. The beach towels provided were a huge help. The chairs and umbrella provided for the beach were perfect. The home had everything we needed as far as dishes and utensils. Our kids were scared to sleep downstairs alone but the two day beds on main level were perfect and comfy. The home is well managed and taken care of. We hope everyone who stays takes care of the property like it's your own so its always here to enjoy. This place is bigger than the pictures make it seem, hosting my whole family of 12 very comfortably. The ease of getting out to the beach and cleaning up when you get back (there's even a nice foot wash!) makes it so if going to see the green water and white sand is what you want to do, you can (and will!) do it often. Having a beach level and a main level kitchen made it easy to make large meals and the grill was practically new and had all the tools to cook with. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The host had great tips for things to do and suggestions when we asked and one minor maintenance issue had people out within a few hours. Overall, an excellent stay, in an excellent location, with an excellent host.

The location is great, the space fitted perfectly for 11 people comfortably. The ocean view is amazing.

THE LOCATION AND BEACH ARE FANTASTIC. IT IS A CONDO WITH NEIGHBORS ON BOTH SIDES. PLENTY OF ROOM. LOTS OF STAIRS. OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT TIME WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF HICCUPS.

Wonderful house my family and I have been renting for 8-9 years now. Will not stay anywhere else, we love everything about it and get so sad when our week is over. Highly recommend (just not when we go).

This place was amazing! We were a party of 8 adults, 5 and 3 yo and 7 month old. Tons of space! Having access directly from your deck to the private beach was beyond helpful. My 7 mo old did not really like the beach very long so when he needed to go up we did for a nap or to eat. When he was sleeping I was able to still hang out on the deck without missing the whole vacation taking care if him. There are some beach toys as well as 1-2 beach chairs/umbrella were there for us to use. I also brought my own coolcabana tent so we were set. I ordered a pack n play, highchair, and 2 extra beach chairs from babyquip.com and we were set. Checkin and check out was very smooth and easy. The Crab Trap was within 10 min walking and Ponpano Joes was a 3 min drive-both great places to eat at. Completely worth it to not have to pack everything up to go to the beach.

Very nice 5 days. Weather was perfect and water was beautiful. We would have re-booked the property for the same week next year but it was already taken. The only negative was a rat that was seen in the main floor kitchen late one night. There were signs of it in the laundry room.

We came to the beach last year and loved it so much we decided to come again this year. We LOVED IT!

Our stay in this Destin property was fantastic! You could not possibly ask for more. The house is litterly steps onto the beach from the ground floor deck. You don't need to bring a thing. Kimberly, the property owner has provided everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, and everything in between to make cooking onsite a breeze. Speaking of breeze...get ready to enjoy the magnificiant views of the crystal clear waves and salty ocean breeze from one of the 3 decks to the home. Meals can be enjoyed on 2 of the larger decks and the deck outside the Master Bedroom can be enjoyed by soaking up the moonlight or morning cup of coffee. I just can't say enough about this wonderful property. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, check-in was a breeze with your own appointed door code, and check-out was just as easy. Plenty of beach towels provided. We brought our own but never unpacked them. Cooking in the kitchen with family was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Of course, bring your own storage containers or resealable bags but who would expect that to be provided. Everything else is there! Will definitely book this property again and will hope when we have time to go, it will be available because now we are spoiled and don't want to rent a different property ever again.

Just like walking into a 5 star hotel. Everything we needed for our week stay. (Except for Food) But we were right next to some of the best restaurant's we have ever eaten at. The beach was right out our back door. Just a PERFECT WEEK STAY

We love Destin and this location was perfect for the beach and central to everything going on.

This property was everything we could have wanted. The private beach was absolutely amazing and it was so nice not having to fight for a good spot on the beach each day. The house was exactly as described and the location was amazing and walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants. I would suggest adding a small water hose with sprayer to the shower area to be able to clean the deck off and rinse off beach chairs. Kimberly was quick to respond and had great communication throughout the stay. Absolutely recommend this gorgeous house for a relaxing stay in Destin 💙

It really is the best location that we have stayed at in over 20 years of annual trips to Destin. So glad to have found it, just wish it wouldn’t have taken so long. The property was fantastic for our 3 separate families. Plenty of bathrooms/showers so it didn’t take hours for our party of 12 to clean up after being at the beach all day. We had a maintenance issue while we were there and Kimberly was on top of it before we even knew about it. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Even the neighbor who lives next door was a real gem and lovely to chat with every morning. Thank you again, Kimberly, for all of your effort in making our stay so nice. It is appreciated!

A beautiful home on the beach. Lots of room with two kitchens which worked out great. It is connected to other homes which we didn't realize but it worked out. The internet was not good though. Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Our family had an amazing time! Loved the 3 levels of the townhouse to separate kids and couples. The two kitchen were so helpful for food prep and everyone loved walking right put the back door to the beach

We had a great week, made friends with the permanent residents and other vacationing families. Once you have a beach to yourself, you just can’t go back to a crowded condo. The property was decorated beautifully. My video gaming, iPhone and iPad addicted kids were entertained easily with the beach as our backyard.

We enjoyed our stay. With the current conditions of invest 90L hitting the shore while we were there took away a lot of sun for a couple of days, but the the view of the beach and sound of the waves crashing to shore was very relaxing.

We recently had our wedding at this beach house, and it was BEAUTIFUL. The neighbors are so friendly! The water is beautiful and amazing🌊 I got to marry the love of my life while dolphins were breaching behind us. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, amazing experience💙

This was the 3rd year we’ve been to Destin. Kimberly’s VRBO was the best yet. We will try and get her home every time from now on. Great for my two kids and my grandkids !
