The property had all the amenities we wanted, plenty of room to spread out, a large garage and even an elevator. The only issue we ran into was a leaking dishwasher that also had a derailed basket. Although a nice man stopped by, noted a broken seal and said the repair company would contact us, by the time they did, it was too late to do us any good.

This is the only property that we have stayed in where it was actually nicer then the description and photos. This property is beautiful. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

This was the best vacation rental we’ve found yet. Beautiful, well furnished townhouse, very clean, with beautiful ocean views. Very comfortably accommodated 6 adults with 4 small children. Elevator from garage super helpful for luggage, groceries…. Hot tub in great working order. Shared pools were great and not crowded. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. We will go back!

I have been searching for 8 months on the right place for my family to come here from Wis for a solid week. It had to meet requirements; close to the beach, elevator, Hot tub, pools, lots of room, and HUGE kitchen an large garage. This place had it all. My mom had mobility issues so the elevator came in very handy along with stocking up the kitchen and luggage. The sunsets/sunrises were the best. I slept better than I did at home. The Kitchen in this place ROCKED! We cooked some gourmet meals that required a few people in the kitchen and no one got in each other's way. There was a separate bar and still a very large living area. The second frig was convenient along with the washer and dryer especially during a ext stay. Not to mention the upper level master bedroom with beautiful bathroom. The bathroom has a tv, seamer in the walk in shower, large tub and plenty of counter space. Lastly if you needed anything all the Staff at GCG was excellent! They were always there to support you. In ending I would Highly recommend this rental to entertain a large group, family visit or a 3 to 4 couples get away.

The is a beautiful place and could have been 5 stars if the hot tub worked, the dishwasher wasn’t falling apart and the refrigerator door worked properly. For being inspected I’m surprised that the hot tub was allowed to pass with only a half full tub of cold water and sand filled seats. It wasn’t even operational. After calling maintenance, we were told that friends of the owner would know how to fix it, but they never showed up. The weather was not great this weekend and we we’re really counting on using that tub! I feel some restitution is in order. Also several items in the kitchen were not clean prior to our arrival and the soap dish in the master bedroom was full of dry soap scum. It’s a real shame. The unit could be heavenly here.

Loved the location and unit was very updated and clean. However, several of the items that were listed were not working: Hot tub, dishwasher, televisions, fireplace, and grill. Elevator worked some.

The hand rail was filthy in this day of disease transmission flu like sicknesses was a massive over sight by the staff and management. Management offered to have the cleaners come back in but we had cleaned up already. I mean it was filthy sticky obvious black finger prints and smears. I sent picks to staff of the rags I used to clean up.
No directions as the ingnighter doesn’t work on the barbecue or lighter left for me to light the gas. The handyman came prepared and was perfect for the job helping me get the old unit going and it worked great. The gas did stay on even though I had shut it off at the burners so for someone that doesn’t know to shut it off underneath this is a serious concern.
The glass doors take Herculean effort to open and close and leak even bad enough that the carpet was wet over to the bed in the master by the time we left. It rained sideways for parts of two days.
I am allergic to mold and was showing signs mold was present in the space by the time we left. That could have been from the tons of rotting sea weed on the beach however. I would test these units quarterly if I were you as a cover for any liability.
Some grout was missing in the first floor shower threshold.
There are electrical lighting issues flickering lights in the middle bath and control with the dimmer in the main living space was not effortless. The dimmer makes arcing sounds and may need to be changed.
Security was great location was great the two and half days in the sun was great the storms were great the night sky was great the Appliances and TVs the ice machine double oven dishwasher beds towels sheets comforters blankets all great ( the water filter in the fridge was s l o w . There were no directions on how to use the sound system but the managers responded within the hour with directions.
I’d give the entire stay a B+
We are thankful for the use of this unit and it was one of our better most relaxed enjoyable locations if only the weather had cooperated.

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. It is well maintained and everything you need is there. The elevator is especially helpful and the master bed and bath are gorgeous. The kitchen is amazing and well equipped. We yad a very nice stay.

The property was beautiful and very accommodating- location was beyond perfect our family had a great vacation and would recommend this property! My mom has some mobility issues that without the elevator she would have been unable to get in and out of the house it was thourghly handicap accessible, which made our trip that much more delightful!

We were in town for the Sunbelt Conference Basketball Tournament and shared the townhouse with another family. The layout is perfect! Large bedrooms, spacious baths and a very generous kitchen/living/dining area. We had friends over to grill out and hang on the beach and there was plenty of space for all. The kitchen is a wonderful layout but not stocked as well as you’d expect for such a nice home. We texted and asked for a few things and Gulfcoast was super responsive and provided what we needed. We’ll be back again next year and hope to rent this same townhome!

Fantastic townhouse!
We were in town for the Sunbelt Conference Basketball Tournament and shared the townhouse with another family. The layout is perfect! Large bedrooms, spacious baths and a very generous kitchen/living/dining area. We had friends over to grill out and hang on the beach and there was plenty of space for all. The kitchen is a wonderful layout but not stocked as well as you’d expect for such a nice home. We texted and asked for a few things and Gulfcoast was super responsive and provided what we needed. We’ll be back again next year and hope to rent this same townhome!

Growing up, my family really couldn't afford vacations. So, as adults, my brother, sister and I and our spouses decided to spend a week on the beach together. I had stayed in this unit before with friends and knew it would be perfect for my family.
The elevator was a huge plus!
We enjoyed cooking in the deluxe kitchen and grilling on the balcony. Large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. This unit is beautiful! We have decided to make this a yearly vacation and will definitely try to book this unit every year.

Best family vacation, ever!
Growing up, my family really couldn't afford vacations. So, as adults, my brother, sister and I and our spouses decided to spend a week on the beach together. I had stayed in this unit before with friends and knew it would be perfect for my family.
The elevator was a huge plus!
We enjoyed cooking in the deluxe kitchen and grilling on the balcony. Large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. This unit is beautiful! We have decided to make this a yearly vacation and will definitely try to book this unit every year.

This is the second time we have stayed at these townhomes. The location is the best. It’s right on the beach and has amazing views from the house. Last time we stayed in B3. This time we stayed in B7. From the pictures online, this townhouse looked more updated than B3 but upon arrival we noticed part of the fridge was broken, there was a lot of dust under the beds, the master shower smelled moldy, the washer had mold in it and smelled, there was a hole in the kitchen floor that they had placed a large piece of granite over that one of my children tripped over and stubbed his toe and there were multiple spots on the ceilings where it looked like there had been water damage. We looked past these and had a wonderful week but for the price you pay, I would expect these to be fixed before I will consider this unit again.

This is the second time we have stayed at these townhomes. The location is the best. It’s right on the beach and has amazing views from the house. Last time we stayed in B3. This time we stayed in B7. From the pictures online, this townhouse looked more updated than B3 but upon arrival we noticed part of the fridge was broken, there was a lot of dust under the beds, the master shower smelled moldy, the washer had mold in it and smelled, there was a hole in the kitchen floor that they had placed a large piece of granite over that one of my children tripped over and stubbed his toe and there were multiple spots on the ceilings where it looked like there had been water damage. We looked past these and had a wonderful week but for the price you pay, I would expect these to be fixed before I will consider this unit again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the large windows are amazing. It is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished, including Viking appliances. There is plenty of room in the spacious kitchen for several people to prepare a meal, without being crowded. The pictures presented in the listing are an accurate depiction of what to expect. The elevator was also convenient for loading/unloading from the ground floor garage, especially for heavy coolers.
The only negative was the ice machine was not working, and this was a large reason we chose this property over another we were considering. Management was aware, and told us a technician would be repairing it as soon as the part(s) arrived (it was not repaired during our stay). Management offered to bring us some bagged ice, which was nice. The small ice makers in the two refrigerators were working, so that helped.
Overall, we loved the property, and will consider renting it again.

Beautiful unit. Loved the location —
The only negative was— when I booked the property 8 months ago— all correspondence referenced a 4:00 checkin time which we booked our travel/flights in anticipation of. Sometime later— then the checkin changed to 5:00. I understand it’s only an hour difference— however that extra hour made a real difference when traveling and especially with children. We did have a couple of maintenance issues that were promptly addressed.
