Me llamo la Atencion el baño que era grande y en especial la ducha que era muy amplia y cómoda parecía un baño turco. la habitación que era amplia . Muy buena ubicación con salida a la playa.

the location is great, close to the beach and pools are also really perfect.

Breakfast buffet was excellent as usual. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time was excellent.

We liked everything. Car parking was a pain but due to the time of year it is unavoidable but we always managed.

La habitación genial. Camas amplias y cómodas y baño grande con fecha de obra grande, muy práctica, aunque pondría otro agarrador cercano a los grifos para mayor seguridad. La terraza tamaño perfecto y el cristal le da más visión y luminosidad. Orientación perfecta. Si hubiera sido una planta más supongo tendríamos más visión del mar. Comida espectacular y variada.

Sólo dos peros uno q tiene mucho jardín pero no se puede disfrutar de su sombra. Las hamacas Sólo están en el losado de la piscina. espectáculo podía terminar a las 124 y ko 23h A los españoles nos gusta disfrutar más de la noche. Un peq comentario, la zona de pasillo obligada para pasar de una piscina a otra podría ser más luminosa ya q en comparación los techos don alho bsjis y suelo oscuro, se mejoraría poniendo luces dentro del jardín de los ventanales, quedaría más exotivo y amigable

Great location next to the beach, fantastic room and all the staff were so friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast offering and gym facilities.

The only minor feedback is that some people still did the lounger annexation in the morning but these were only a few and even with that loungers by the pool could still be found. I understand that if you go for lunch etc leave your towel but some were from early morning until late afternoon.

The rooms were luxurious and clean. The breakfast was outstanding!!!!

Everything is satisfactory.The staff service is excellent. I like it there very much.

If I have to make a suggestion, I hope there will be more children's entertainment.Because I have lived in other riu on the island, children's programs are very rich.However, the hotel is a bit perfunctory, and only an old aunt is responsible for all the parties with children.

To many screaming kids in the pool. There are 3 pool areas and no one is just for adults.

In the hotel there were few kids to play with and nothing to do for kids except to stay In The pool. Extremely expensive to eat dinner in the buffet restaurant. 67,50 euro for one adult and one child. Eat in restaurants outside the hotel instead. A lot cheaper.

Unique location right at Maspalomas beach and nature reserve, close to shops, bus stop, taxi, public parking garage. Fantastic large palm garden with three pools. Great choice and quality of breakfast and dinner, very fast and attentive service too. Good fitness center.

- We were initially assigned a 26 m² room, much smaller than 34 m² paid for. This is a serious breach of confidence. - We were looking forward to relax, but on the night of arrival a so-called "Jazz" concert was given at the light tower, right in front of the West wing. Sound pressure level in the auditorium for sure exceeded values permissible at the work place. Receptionist asked me whether I wanted to call the police, can you imagine. This had been the second concert in a row, but luckily no further took place. We were given another room, but I hold RIU responsible for tolerating such rock bands in the face of non-existent sound proofing.

Everything was amazing!! Just one thing, that annoyed us sooo much. At breakfast, we were offered with variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but at dinner we had to pay even for water.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds itself was also very nice and peaceful. Great location and our room had a lovely view of the sunset. Staff were always friendly and eager to help.

Missing a few key attention to detail that would truly make it a “5 star” hotel in my view. You have to pay each day to use the safe in the room, I didn’t understand the rationale for that at all! All in inclusive but still charged for water at dinner time. The breakfast and dinner buffet were alright definitely not 5 star quality. The two on-site restaurants were not opened at the same time so unless staying for over 1 week you really only have a choice of 1 à la carte restaurant. This is not so much a criticism of the hotel but majority of the guests were older and this isn’t a problem in itself but it felt a lot of the entertainment options. etc were geared towards the older age group, it’s something to be aware of.
