Hot water issue, we were not able to take hot baths or showers the water was cold.
Propane issue twice ran out not able to use barbeque and fireplace. limited use until it ran out both nights. We stayed a couple of years ago bottom floor none of these issues occurred. I feel as much as we pay per night these things should have been checked thoroughly.

The place was perfect for the 5 of us; roomy, well appointed, clean…only problem was our teen said the shower door in his bathroom allowed the shower water to exit under the door to swamp the bathroom floor. None of us checked to see if that was repeatable, and with two other showers, we were fine. It was wonderful to have the ocean view and sounds, an easy walk to the beach, and a real treat to have boogie boards available for all of us to ride the waves with. Thank you!

I wanted to rate this place 5+ stars, however we had zero hot water and freezing cold showers the entire time. No response from the contact listed until Tuesday, we checked out Monday.

Our family of 5 loved our time at this Oceanside unit. Spacious and quality space. We had everything needed to make our meals onsite and relax in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Access to the storage locker with beach gear was great - with the ability to load up a wagon for a short 3-5 minute walk to Sandy beach shores. The one-way street between the condo and ocean gave us lots of people watching. Loved the short walk into shops and restaurants. Would come back again!

Lovely condo on the beach. Very spacious with beautiful view. Wonderful location. Nice walking path between condo and the beach. Would highly recommend.
Only criticism would be that it would be nice if there was a folder with information about wifi and operation of the TVs which we were never able to master and also some information about restaurants in the area.
All in all a very very beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

Everything about the location was wonderful. Only two issues that did not really affect our stay. First, the propane tank for the fire pit was empty. Second, one of the queen bed mattresses had a significant dip in it.

We loved everything about this condo. View and location amazing. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and then some. The only disappointment was no beach chairs or boogie boards. We would 100% rent this place again.

Great condo on the Strand. Watch the surfers in the morning with a cup of coffee. The condo has all the items you have at home so just bring food the rest is there.

Property was perfect for our families to each have their own space. Location was ideal with the beach right in front. The locker full of sand toys, chairs, coolers and more made for the perfect beach days.

I was impressed how spacious the 3 bedroom condo was. The ocean view was breath taking. I loved that they had all the kitchen supplies, fire pit on the terrace and two parking spaces in the garage. I will definitely stay here again.

The one complaint I have is communication. When attempting to call the name/number listed for questions on getting into the property. There was no answer several times and then a “can I call you back later” text.
We also were having trouble with our fridge over heating. We had just bought groceries and I was afraid they would spoil. I sent a text and email out that night of what we should do. I never got an email response and, a text message was finally sent 13 hours later.
Thankfully we were able to trouble shoot it on our own.

I loved it here. The house is beautiful! The view is incredible. You honestly don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. They have everything here, fully stocked. I had issues getting into the garage, I called them, they responded within 30-40 min and sent someone out to fix the garage within the hour. Very well managed. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Best Place Ever! The house is amazing..... plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and fully equipped Kitchen. The view is breathe taking. Loved watching the people walk by on The Strand (and the dogs). We walked everywhere. So many restaurants near by each one was great! We walked to the "Top Gun House" and had pastries. Gelato at "1022 Café and Gelateria " was so yummy. There is just so much to do. Everyone is so friendly. We will be back!

Such a beautifully situated home… I could have stayed on the balcony the entire time and been happy- the waves really are right there. The beds were comfortable and the home clean and convenient.
The beach directly across the street is rocky and I wouldn’t recommend taking little kids there but it’s not too long a walk to the pier where there is lots of sand and playgrounds. The locker in the garage has everything we could think of needing at the beach- so nice to not have to pack all the sand toys and chairs and everything. Everyone agreed it was the best beach trip yet!

We had a terrific time. The condo is fantastic, has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It’s as close to the beach as you can get without getting wet. This is our third time staying here and we will be back again next year.

You can't beat the location if you come to Oceanside for well, the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing, fresh ocean air and beautiful condo make this a must visit. We will be back!!

We live 2.5 hours away and did not need to pack anything to go to the beach. There is a storage shed that literally has everything from sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas to even a surf board.

Loved staying in this very large condo! It is very well equipped and even has a high chair, porta crib, & sand toys/equipment. Parking is underground and there is an elevator to transport your suitcases & food. We walked to restaurants for dinner and ice cream. Didn’t want to leave!

Great place for a family to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area. Perfect setting to be able to walk everywhere you would want to go. Seven years at the same condo tells you that we love the place and wouldn’t change a thing.
