Stay was wonderful from beginning to end. I will definitely save this place to stay again in the future. Excellent communication with owner, pool was great! It’s really equipped with everything you need for cooking, condiments, etc. it’s a gem! Very clean house!

Amazing weekend getaway. From the moment I booked till the end, I had a pleasant experience. Everyone enjoyed the home and its amenities, from my 3 y/o to the grandparents (and in between). Communication with host Chris and manager was seamless. Clean and well maintained home. Location is perfect. Pool was a 2 thumbs up.

We had an amazing time at Chris’s place in Palm Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Close enough to everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for us to take turns cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time hanging by the beautiful pool and spa area. We would definitely book again!

All that’s missing are the people. The house is clean and well laid out and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large seating areas inside and out to socialize and plenty of privacy spots as well. The beautiful pool and spa are the biggest draw. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Amazing property and stay! We loved everything about this home, from the many seating areas inside and out, to the well equipped kitchen. We ate several meals outdoors and were thankful to have the extra plates and cups marked for outside use. This home has a perfect layout to hang out as a family or take a quiet afternoon nap away from the noise. The property is also in a great location, we went on a few walks to the local coffee place and many other things were a short drive away (too hot to walk lol). Nice quiet neighborhood. So many well thought out details and touches that were much appreciated!

This was During Power Trip weekend. Great experience. My Wife and daughters had a blast in the pool. Chris got back to me as soon as possible with answers to my questions. Hope to return in the spring

Five stars is not enough to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Communication with the host was easy and helpful.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The 6 of us range in age from 92 to 8 and we were all accommodated. The layout is great and the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. Everyone had enough space and yet there are multiple places to gather and eat. It was a very hot week, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked, but in the better weather the outdoor areas are perfect for family dining, swimming, lounging. We had a small problem which the host handled promptly. My only concern was that requested chores to get ready to check out were a little overwhelming with 3 children and a 92 year old. We didn’t want to spend our last morning doing chores. However, overall, a nice home and a great stay. Thank you

Highly recommend this property.
Cleanliness was faultless, location is great, the property is spacious (we were very comfortable with 7 adults) with thoughtful decor and a high-end finish. What was also impressive were the well equipped kitchen, plus many small touches that show a real attention to detail from the host.
Lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to town with a handy coffee shop a 6 minute walk away to start the day just right.

We had a girls trip at this house and it was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The house is laid out very well and is beautiful, in a great location as well. Would highly recommend this rental!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 7 adults and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. This house is the most well appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has all of the necessities, plus a whole lot more. There is even a crock pot and an electric skillet. We cooked several meals at home and there were plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, placemats and cloth napkins. The common areas were very nice with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temp. I highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect for our family get-together. The manager, Chris, was available every time we needed him. The house and kitchen were better equipped than any other rental property we have experienced. Would definitely recommend Chris and this property and would love to return in the future.

The house was well updated, modernly decorated, and had all of the amenities we were looking for: well-stocked kitchen, great pool and spa, convenient location, comfortable beds, and multiple bathrooms. We'll definitely stay here again!

We had a great family stay with our adult children. The pool and spa were great. The house was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Easy to prepare meals and relax.

Communication through the booking process was timely and accurate.
The property itself is amazing. Great, central location close to downtown, groceries, and pretty much anything you want to do.
Kitchen is well appointed with indoor and outdoor beverage and dining ware, bar is similarly outfitted.
Pool and hot tub are great, love that whole front area with multiple tables, umbrellas, and loungers.
Would not hesitate to recommend and we will be booking again.

Lovely local!
I stayed here with 5 girlfriends and it was perfect. The pool and house were a great set-up for our group and the 105 degree heat. The view of the mountain from the pool was lovely. Nice location - close to hiking and good food.

Fantastic House!
We just returned from a family wedding in Palm Springs and stayed at this lovely property. It was beautifully decorated, clean and had every amenity you can imagine. The bedrooms are very spacious and they had bikes and pool floaties in the garage for use. It was also close by to coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

As others have previously mentioned, the pictures do not do this property justice! Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained, great layout and that pool...ohhh...that pool! Close to all and great amenities included. We will be back!!

This property has location, privacy, space, amenities and its clean! Bedrooms were big and there was plenty of living space for everyone to be comfortable. Perfect place for a larger family to all be together. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great vacation home and location!
The property was very clean and well appointed with everything you need to have a great stay. The floor plan is perfect for families with the master bedroom being on the opposite side of the house from the kids rooms. The pool and spa were clean and everything functioned perfectly. Will definitely being staying here again. The pictures really do not do the home justice!
