Nice house with great AC and well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable each with own bathroom. The only slight downer is that this house seems to be the nearby neighbor renters go to for others to access the beach. Nearby renters even knocked on our door to ask if they could walk under the house to bring their beach stuff. We rented this house for privacy but others can't help but notice the beautiful view from the street and sure do walk thru. Did not bother us much or prevent a great beach trip. Highly comfortable house!!!!

There are a few changes that would make the house more functional for large families. First in a house that sleeps 20, having only one refrigerator is not enough to store food for that many people. Love that each bedroom had is own bathroom but hated there was no half bath on the main floor. We had family members staying in nearby homes that came daily for the beach and the bathroom issue was an inconvenience that the two bedrooms with bathrooms were constantly in use by our guest.

This home was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The location for us was for what we wanted quiet, basically a private beach. Enough space to gathering together for meals and hanging out.

I had a small wedding on the beach and reception under the carport and everything was so nice. the house exceeded our expectations. communication with front desk was great and they even messaged me and allowed me to check in early as well as gave me a cute little wedding gift. the area around the beach home in April was nice and overall pretty quiet (so perfect for a beach ceremony). the neighbors on the right side were so sweet as well. overall I plan on coming back for another vacation here. The only thing I would have negative to say is the address of the property doesn't match up with what the street signs and GPS shows- not a big deal just be mindful.

The plumbing definitely was not updated. We had issues with two toilets, dripping sinks & terrible water pressure. Master bedroom had blind issues...some were missing and others did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen and not sure where else that we did not see. This property is not work the price and we have stayed at many properties in Pensacola Beach.

Family of 14 from 66 year old to 8 months. Big rooms and baths for every room. Open kitchen and den area. Close to shops, grocery and restaurants. Restaurant were busy, but it was the summer vacation time.

Great clean house. Perfect location right on the beach. But we should have been told that house construction was happening right next door. Every day, construction noise like beeping of bobcat woke us up at 8:00. So no vacation sleep ins. Not to mention the obstacle course backing out of the garage around trucks and trailers. We have used VRBO for the past several years to book our vacations and have been more than happy with each rental. Unfortunately, our 2021 rental on Pensacola Beach was far from satisfactory. Everything seemed quite lovely upon our arrival; however, it wasn’t long before we ran into some issues with the house. The master deck had exposed and burned outlets. (no chairs). One of the fried outlets was on the decking. Not even capped or covered. NONE of the outlets on the main deck worked. The outlet in the parking area was defective but taped. Joe from PBH asked if we could accommodate an appraiser. We said yes. But then it rained. We were NOT expecting it to have POURING INSIDE. Dozens of towels & Cups caught it. You could Walls were also wet within, where there were outlets. This was not new as there were many brown water stains. Serious issues. Joe gave us a 10 percent refund. Most of the blinds were broken or missing. The were some new ones there but not installed. Windows are on backorder. This property should not have been rented in the state it is in. There are other less dangerous things which would not have bothered us except that in the overall picture we were very unhappy. Hose bib outside was broken. We use pliers on it. Propane tank was empty. We purchased and left them a new one. Many kitchen items were missing broken or not working, and other things. The house is in a lovely location in a cul-de-sac on the beach. BUT it was a beach access highway underneath. Right between our cars. We were not told about the construction on the house next door. . This ongoing construction is on a HUGE house and certainly not something that was started last week. And it is not even halfway finished. There was not a lot of noise, however, there were contractor trucks parked all over and blocked us in every single day. We had to continually ask them to move. VERY disappointed. There was much more to say but this space only allows so many characters.

There were 10 of us staying in the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen (and ice machine!) was large enough to accommodate the crowd. The best thing, though, was the location ( with the exception of a house being constructed next door- and hammering waking us up in master bedroom). The view from the back of the house was outstanding! Absolutely beautiful!! We ate several meals on the deck to enjoy it fully. The beach was conveniently right out the back door. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed right away. The only “con” was the outlets on the deck didn’t work( couldn’t be fixed) and there wasn’t good deck lighting after sunset. ( and of course, the construction but that couldn’t be helped) I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wish the bathroom used for common bath had a door to close off the bedroom it was connected to. Master bedroom was large enough to hold the bride-to-be plus attendees for hair and make-up prep on the wedding day. Had some issues with outlets for party lights on ground floor, but management was quick to send an electrician. Property was clean, but could use some TLC. Great customer service. Coffee pot did not work and one was delivered to us within 15 minutes. I would recommend this property.
