Our vacation was perfect, including the condo! It was very clean, had beautiful views, and everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property owner was super easy too and they were very responsive (thanks Katie!). What a wonderful place!! : )

The condo was perfect! One of my favorite properties we've ever booked through vrbo. Katie was so attentive and checked in on us during our stay. The master has an amazing view of the ocean and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Despite being a high-rise, the location was quiet and we never waited long for elevators. The pool area and beach were very clean. The fact that the beach is secured for guests only helped tremendously. Note that the exercise facility within the resort says included on the resort site, but it's $35 for the week, however the gym at the condo was perfect and not busy at all, so the larger one wasn't needed anyway (: Wonderful stay!

This beautiful condo was the perfect setting and location right on the beach. It was a very positive experience from the time we checked in until we left to go home. All of our expectations were met. Our host Katie was awesome throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place.

My husband and my sister and husband thoroughly enjoyed this well maintained condo. The beach and water were gorgeous and the beach was private, only Beachside1 renters were allowed to use it. The pool and grilling area was wonderful. Loved to walk around Sandestin property. Would love to stay here again!

Nothing but great things to say about this property! Being on the 11th floor provides breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. The condo was very clean and we felt right at home. Katie was very responsive to the few questions that we texted her about. We will definitely be back!

The checkin process was easy and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, salt/pepper, oil, sugar and coffee paper filters.

We love staying at this condo-our favorite! Very clean and the decor is lovely. We love the gorgeous views. Great view out of both the bedroom and living area. The beds were so comfortable and we felt right at home. So many little extras were provided. Weather was sunny and great for a walks on the beach. We surf fished and caught several Whiting and Catfish. Spent time in the heated pool and hot tub too. There are many great restaurants close by and a tram to take you anywhere you want on the property including the 4 golf courses and shops at Baytowne Wharf. We love staying at Beachside One because everyone is so friendly. We definitely will return!

Wonderful condo, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Could upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great condo! Great view! Great property! Great owner! This was our first time in the Destin area so I was not at all familiar with the area. I did a lot of research and review reading and am 100% pleased with the choice. We went with another couple and they were also very impressed. We couldn’t really think of any improvements that could be made. The pictures of the condo are a very good representation of what the condo actually looks like. Sometimes pictures make it look nice but then it’s run down, but this condo was clean, updated, and practical. The view really is incredible. The roar of the ocean when you open the patio door was great every time. The patio is large with comfortable chairs and plenty of seating. The view out of not only the living room but also the master bedroom....wow! I’ve not seen other condos provide as many extras as this one. Laundry soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap, salt/pepper, pots/pans....can’t think of anything you would need to run to the store and get. There were also chairs and toys for the beach, books to read, and games (Pictionary and Monopoly) which I didn’t expect. There is also Tram passes which come in handy. The owner is very responsive before booking, answering questions before getting there, and giving helpful hints while there. She gave a list of things to do and places to eat. I asked her for a shortened version since we were only there for a short time and everything she recommended was great. Master bed was comfortable. All rooms were nice sized. Check in was very easy as we just had to talk to the gate staff and we were in. Then there is another gate with a code to park in. I liked that the room was a keypad so you didn’t have to worry about bringing a key. That also helped make check in very easy. We drove around the area quite a bit and were very pleased with the area surrounding this building. It’s a beautiful area that didn’t feel quite as touristy as others. We’ve never been to Destin and heard a lot about how crazy busy it can get, but this time of year it was really quiet and relaxing. I almost forgot about how amazing the sand on the beach in front of the property is! It’s an awesome place and I’m usually very critical, but I can’t really think of anything to criticize. Thankful for a great place to celebrate our tenth anniversary.

I am already thinking about booking again next year. What a wonderful place to stay! First of all, the owner Katie is a great communicator and thought of everything to make our stay so easy such as providing soap, laundry detergent, dish scrubbers, garbage bags, extra pillows and blankets, beach chairs and toys, even a stool so kids could reach the sink. The view is even more beautiful than pictures could capture. We loved sitting out in the mornings watching the sunrise and seeing dolphins and at night could see the sunset too. The property is in a gated community and we felt very safe. Private beach access was right there, just steps away and never busy. The beach is so clean and you can walk out into the ocean pretty far out so it was perfect for vacationing with kids. We also loved going down at night with flashlights to catch the ghost crabs. The condo itself was very clean and the king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy! I never sleep on vacation but I did here! It was the perfect set up for traveling with our family, great size and well stocked kitchen. Katie checked in with us when a tropical storm was headed our way and was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had during our stay. We had a great week at Miramar beach and would love to stay here again!

We had 3 ladies attending our High School reunion. We loved sitting on the large balcony when our friends would visit and walking on the beach when just us. The condo is full of light and the sounds of the ocean. Very comfortable and you can see a long way down the beach. No negetatives!

Beautiful beachfront condo in Sandestin. The condo is spacious and clean with an AMAZING view from the 11th floor. We watched many sunsets and dolphins right from the balcony. The condo is well stocked with everything you need, one of the best stocked from what we have rented. It was very clean and child friendly. The location is perfect too, right across from Baytown Wharf and near many restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.
