The perfect house for our family to stay. Plenty of space and great location.

Wonderful updated property a short walk to the beach. Our kids and grandkids loved the place. San Diego was hit with the “atmospheric river” while we were there and it rained every day, but we made the best of it and hit the beach in the dry times. The home is gorgeous and very well stocked. The owner went out of his way to purchase a porta crib for our grand daughter which was very appreciated. Overall we all had a wonderful time!

Owners Clark and Leslie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, even when our house came down with Covid. The location was the best ever!!! 15 minutes to the best sights of San Diego and airport. Also a short 1/2 block walk to both the ocean and bay beach. The houses 2 kitchens, living spaces, decks and patio were perfect for our large family reunion. We’d definitely rent here again.

House was clean and great for our big group. Plenty of bathrooms and the house was well appointed. Multiple people in the house mentioned that they didn't go cheap on the beds, which happens often in rentals. The location was fantastic - just steps from the beach and there are a few restaurants and bars and a store nearby. Communication was easy, wouldn't change a thing.

We had a great time at this rental - it was a perfect size for our extended family and walking distance to the beach. Clark (Jr. and Sr.) were fantastic hosts - friendly and willing to answer any questions. It was very clean and comfortable - thank you so much! We had a great trip for my Dad on his 80th birthday. Sorry you had to bail water from the lower patio Clark - you will remember us from the great San Diego 2024 rain event :)

The online pictures were very accurate and we were thrilled with our rental. The host, Clark was very helpful and was there if you had any questions. The accommodations were great, the location to all the amentias listed was superb and the area was safe for the kids. Access to the beach and boardwalk was right out the door. I also must say this was the best stocked rental from pots and pans to plates and cups!! I highly recommend for multiple family and friends to stay with privacy for all. Lastly, having a balcony off each bedroom and family room was a plus!!! Thanks to Clark for his hospitality!!!

Everything was perfect - the house, the location and the host. 12 of us had plenty of space and Clark was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This property was in a great location. Getting to the beach is east, and Belmont Park is very close too. The house has plenty of space for the group to gather, and is supplied with anything you may need during your stay.

Very thoughtful hosts . Perfect spaces for our family of 10. Easy walk to ocean beach etc.with boardwalk, sand, surfers, restaurants.

Clark is the quintessential vrbo host. Over the years,we have alternated family gatherings on Mission Beach and other sunny climes, and this was the best residence by far for our 3 families (9 adults, 2 kids). His attention to detail, in both the actual house as well as as our unique needs for a Thanksgiving dinner (carving board, roasting pan, baster & thermometer) was amazing. We will deifinitely come back again.

We had a fantastic stay and the host is very personable and responsive. House was as described, in very quiet and fun neighborhood with easy access to beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. Plan to return!

Location is great! Steps to the beach. Lots of stairs but most places here do but thats one thing compared to all the other good things. Our host Clark was awesome. Introduced himself, even brought us a pie! We’ll be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay during our week in San Diego! We fit 3 families with 2-3 kids each in the property comfortably and had everything we needed. We were so close to the beach that we didn’t have to stress about popping out for just an hour at a time or running back to put a little one down for a nap while the big kids played. It was perfect for our needs. Clark was extra responsive, super flexible and provided everything and more than we could have asked for. Will be looking forward to coming back again!

This is our second year staying at Mission Beach for my grandmother's birthday. This house fit our family perfectly. My grandmother wants to return next year. The host was attentive and helpful. The property is well maintained and stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this place the weekend of my son’s wedding so that our kids and other family members could all stay together. It was a perfect choice- cozy and comfortable but also spacious enough for a large group. Everything we needed was provided, including beach towels and beach chairs. The bedrooms provided privacy, and there was plenty of seating in the living room. We took long walks on the beach every morning. This was a fantastic place for a family gathering!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The beach house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, great location, abundant amenities!!! Clark was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back. Summer Lovin'!!!

Clark was an amazing host as an owner. He was available to help very quickly and stopped by to give us tips about the area when we checked in. He even stopped by the next morning to let us know he found a parking spot for our extra car that we had mentioned we had spent time circling looking. With a bunch of kids in our group, there were inevitable crumbs on the floor and when we asked for a vacuum he was able to stop by quickly to drop one off for the rest of the trip. The location is perfect of Mission Beach. It's far enough from the crowds to make it a perfect spot to hit the ocean side beach. Surfing is prohibited in crowded areas of the beach but didn't have a problem at the area a few houses away from the unit. Volleyball nets were also readily available. The bay side beach was close by as well and we did snorkeling and kayaking on that side. We made use of local restaurants and coffee shops and spent a day with the kids at Belmont Park doing rides and playing games (an easy 10 minute walk away). The condition of the house was great (couches were in great shape). The beds were a little soft for most of our tastes. AC was wonderful respite. Clark provided so many beach utilities (chairs, tent, toys, boogie boards, volleyball, towels), it made beach days a breeze. We had a large group and there were just enough plates, cups, and silverware for everyone so we had to wash between meals to make sure we had enough every meal. Overall an amazing rental.

This was our 2nd year here and Clark is an excellent host. Honestly couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner more comfortable home. We all had our own space with plenty of room. Clark was there when we had questions and even helped take out the garbage cans when we were slackers. Thanks for a great time!

If you are looking for a first class experience...look no further. Simply perfect! Everything is high end. The only thing you need to bring is YOU. (and maybe a bike or 2) These guys are top notch and have truly thought of everything!!! We rented the entire house for our crew of 14. Every room has privacy...excellent layout! We can't thank you guys enough!!! We have already booked for a longer stay for next year. xoxo

We rented at this house for a large family gathering. Since we were all adults I appreciated that the bedrooms all had king or queen beds as opposed to some rental houses that fill up the bedrooms with bunkbeds. Host was great and readily available for questions. Perfect location.

This house is super clean, very nice, and big! We had our large extended family, kids & grandkids stay here for a week. It was in a perfect spot, just a few houses from the beach, and away from the bigger crowds towards the parking areas. Clark was an excellent host, very friendly, and close by. We've stayed in Mission/Pacific beach area for the last 25 years and this was by far the best place we've stayed. THX Clark!

House was quiet and clean owner was great and helpful

We had a great stay here! You can see the beach from the balconies. It really is close. We have stayed right on Mission Beach before in a condo and all of us felt this house took less time to get to the beach then that one right on it. The owner, Clark, is great to work with and fun to visit with! He was right on top of things and worked hard to make it a great vacation for us. The beach that is straight out from this house was a quieter section of beach and we loved it and the volleyball nets by it. Fun fact: You can see the fireworks they light off from SeaWorld every weekend 15 minutes before closing time from this house. We would watch from the balcony. All around great time and great vacation place close to so many fun things!

Not much to say other than the house was perfect. Clean, spacious and very well stocked. Clark is a great host and always available if anything is needed. I’m sure we will rent from him again and again... and again.

The house was great and Clark was very responsive when we needed anything. Location is perfect with just a few short steps to the beach and boardwalk.

My family, including grandparents and young adults, loved this house. We were able to carry our paddle boards to the bay or walk the other way to swim at the beach. We walked to get coffee, great dinners and ice cream. It was so nice to have a master bedroom on the lower level and the highest level of the house. Clark was very easy to contact and came by anytime we had questions. We loved our vacation in Mission Beach!

We brought in a combined bachelor/bachelorette party for memorial weekend and this house took care of all 15 of us! It was comfy, cozy, and a short walk to the beach. Easy to rent and easy to communicate with Clark. We appreciate your house and everyone else will do the same! Don’t hesistate to make this your home base for any vacation to the San Diego area.
