We had a great rental experience here. The bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded and addressed the minor issue we had with the garbage disposal. The community pool was great, although it was pretty crowded. We were able to drive to Zion and Kanab and enjoy the beauty of southern Utah!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is a few short miles from the freeway with nice access to many fun things in the area. The hot tub was nice and the community clubhouse with pools and hot tubs was great. The home has access to TV and streaming services with TVs in all rooms. There were a ton of bath and pool towels for everyone. The linen closet had backup sheets if needed. The home was nice, clean and inviting. We hope to stay again.

This home was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat in the kitchen and use the living room as well. It’s spacious and everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great and so was the club house.

This is our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint again. The beds are comfortable, the living, dining, and kitchen great room is large and easily accommodated the 5 of us. Several people can work in the kitchen together. The back patio is comfortable and hot tub clean and hot! The kitchen if equipped with lots of dishes, flatware, pans, and appliances. The fridge has filtered water for refilling our water bottles. The new television in the living room is huge and easy to use. We loved it there.

We rented this by place for our girls golf team to stay for preseason matches. It was a perfect location by the courses we played and the commute into town was quick.
The house was great with the master on the main floor so I could give all the girls their space on the upper level. We will definitely try to stay in this exact house next year!!!

We had the best stay! It is a huge house and had plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone had their own space but great places to gather as well. As we walked through the house when we got there my mom said, save this one!!

Our stay was wonderful. This home is big enough for families to enjoy and have room to spread out and relax. The house is clean and accommodations are plentiful and in good condition. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a group. The pool and clubhouse area are beautiful and well maintained. There are two pools and jacuzzis with lots of chairs and covered area for tables. There is a small workout room, ping pong, and football In the large clubhouse room. The location of this home is great, right off I-15, but far enough you don’t hear noise from the highway. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. I would stay at this home again.

This place was very spacious with huge bathrooms and closets. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was nice. Perfect place for our girls weekend.

The property was great for what we needed. Easily fit my family and my brothers family. Very big bedrooms. Big walk in closets. The jacuzzi was nice as well. The owners were very responsive too. Great trip.

Roomy, clean and attractive condo
The condo is in a small neighborhood of similar condos, most of which appear to be rentals. Common pool and hot tub area was very busy during our stay late March. It was spring break for many schools. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood. Property mgr very responsive to any requests. There are no views and minimal outdoor space. Nice hot tub though. Very clean. Kitchen very well equipped, which we find unusual. Need more wine glasses though.☺️
Washington is between St George and Hurricane, closer to Hurricane. Walmart about 10 minutes away. Other shopping either direction somewhat longer.

Huge house
We go to So Utah often as our daughter and grandkids live there. We stay at Coral Ridge because of the facilities, they have 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, the location and it’s a nice community. This home is huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub in the backyard was nice to have for personal use. We will stay there again.

The only thing that we wished was that the tv in the kids bedroom had worked but other than that it was awesome !

Great Memories
I wanted to get a place where my family and friends had a roomy and nice place to stay while I was supporting my 90 year old father in the senior games in St George. What an amazing place we stayed. A little ways away from the hustle and bustle of center St George. The house was fully equipped and the club house had two nice pools and hot tubs that we enjoyed everyday. It was a great memory that I can have.

Loved this property!
A great layout of the home with 3 1/2 baths, lots of matresses, and close to lots of fun activities.
There is relatively no space in front or behind this townhome, but the Hottub is great, and lots of fun readily accessible.
The kitchen, dining area, and gathering room were spacious and accommodating, and were perfect for our group of 11 to gather and enjoy time together.

Excellent property, just as describe
The property was excellent, great getaway to rest on our zion visit. It is not far from Zion, very clean and spacious house. It has everything you need for your stay. On top of it, it has a nice pool and outdoor Jacuzzi plus game room at the club. We did not get to enjoy this amenities because most of the day I was at National Parks, but overall very satisfy with this rental, very responsive guest.

Great place for a family get away
This home was perfect for our family. We all stayed comfortably, with plenty of room to have our own space. We made some great memories with our adult children and 6 grandchildren. The owners thought of everything you could need and were very good with commination before and during our stay. And...it was the perfect location to St George, Sand Hollow, and Zion.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. They have lots of towels, dishes, and supplies. Our kids lived the pool, hot tub, and toys. We loved the well stocked kitchen and master bedroom.

Beautiful Southern Utah
The house was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we could need and I especially like the fact that there were different spices for cooking. The hot tub made it extra special. It had been awhile since I had stayed in the St. George area and was surprised how much it had grown. So many more unique restaurants and bars. And of course the area is breath taking. I recommend going to Snow Canyon area. I super pleasant surprise.

Beautiful home!! We loved our stay and would definitely go back. The hostess always replied quickly and was kind to answer all of my questions. Location was was fantastic as well.

Great Unit
We loved the unit. Everything was as anticipated. We even had a couple of special requests and the manager was fast to respond and had very clear communication. House was better stocked that any I have seen. Everything worked, hot tub was awesome, heating/cooling system was great. You can't go wrong with this unit and manager!
