The property was very spacious for 3 of us - bed was very comfortable. Balcony area was lovely and outdoor hot tub was just fabulous- a nighttime dip was lovely - I would definitely recommend. It is right in the centre of the old town - it was a little loud the first night but it didn’t keep me up and I thought it would be much worse considering it is directly in the centre . The staff was lovely and very accommodating

Reliable hot water. It ran out quickly, staff responded when mentioned but looking at past reviews this seems to be a consistent issue. The rooftop access is nice but it’s not a jacuzzi but a jetted tub and again, the hot water runs out quickly.

the lights in the hall way turn on and off ALL NIGHT LONG. since the room has a big window high up on the ceiling connect to the hallway, the hallways light brightens the room when it turns on. it is very hard to sleep like this and it’s kinda creepy, too.

I loved the location. I loved the view from my hotel balcony. I loved the hot tub on the roof. I loved the Nespresso machines in the room. I loved the comfort of the beds. I loved the room itself and the decor. I felt so safe here as a solo female traveler.

1. Location was great as it's near old town but not in the busy streets. 2.Also the place was clean and was regularly cleaned throughout the stay. 3. Bed was also comfortable and was even given a bottle of wine.

We chose the budget double room. It was good for us but not great if you are claustrophobic. It was more like box room style but there is a window to allow air and make you feel space is more open. Also we were initially told that a taxi would be booked for us from the airport and then going back to the airport but on both occasions, we had to go to the taxi rank and get one. It was a bit tricky as not all taxis have a card machine set up. It would have been nicer to be told that we can just get our own taxi before we flew into Chania than saying we did have taxis booked.
