Śniadanie i bufet super. Szwedzki stół elegancki, nam niczego nie brakowało. To co pierwszy raz spotkalem to bardzo luzne podejscie do robienia kanapek na wynos, do tego stopnia ze byly przygotowane specjalne torebki z gotowymi kanapkami dla gosci wychodzacych.

Duze okna na calej szerokosci sciany - mocno bylo czuć zimno z dworu, szczegolnie przy biurku. Klima - po ustawieniu na 25 stopni, rano po obudzeniu bylo ustawione na 23, automat jakis? Materac za miękki- chyba jest to kwestia przyzwyczajenia do wlasnych standardów. Ogólnie hotel super, to co wyżej wypisalem to raczej problemy pierwszego świata.

Zarówno obiekt jak i cała jego administracja (recepcja). Ludzie życzliwi i ciagle uśmiechnięci:) Duża elastyczność jeśli chodzi o kwestie godzin zameldowania i wymeldowania. Chce się tam wracać :)

Pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem, każdy napewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa recepcji. Pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone.

Friendly customer service who facilitated moving to a different room during the day

Note this hotel must be dog friendly where other guests bring dogs. The dogs are in the rooms. I had to get moved from one room to another room during the day because in the room near mine there was a dog barking for 6 hours. Funny enough in the second room another dog started barking in the room next door. Message for Dog Owners - please be respectful, people have to work in their hotel rooms or just want to rest, I have nothing to do with your dog.

Excellent place for those traveling to Poznań on business. Room's furniture and fittings are in excellent condition. Quality breakfasts with generous choice that should satisfy most tastes/dietary requirements. There are also parking places, but they need to be reserved in advance.

From sightseeing point of view, it is not necessarily next to the most popular attractions (however Malta lake and Central Square are within 15 minutes walk)

Modern hotel and rooms. The balcony, TV and size of the room was very good. Sauna was included.

The sound proof in the room is not good. Room had no fridge and we missed chairs at the balcony.

Communication with a staff online was weird. Not organized, not a professional team. Phone number is just existing, no one picking up the phone. I’ve been trying to call them during a whole day.

Unfortunately car parking space at the hotel was not reserved by the hotel even though it was asked few days in advanced. "Good morning, I will arrive around 6pm. Could I reserve parking space please as well for a 1 night stay. Sergio"

no fuss, enjoyable hotel. Room size is good, amenities as well. The included breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant dishes as well. Location is also great, in short walking distance to the old town - or a few tram stops away, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and helpful and the modern sauna can be used 24 h. Very convenient (paid) parking underground.

beds are quite soft, depending on your preference this can be a bit annoying. Otherwise all good!

Upon arrival, we had to wait for over half an hour to be attended to as there was a couple complaining that the room they had reserved was not available. Eventually, we were given a room, but it was not what we had reserved. We had booked a double bed for two people, but we were given a single bed with only one pillow, one towel, and one blanket. We had to complain to receive an additional pillow and towel, but the extra blanket was not provided. After further complaints, we were offered a complimentary breakfast. However, when we went to the dining area, there were not enough seats or food for everyone, which resulted in long waits. Additionally, the hotel was not clean, with food in the hallways and dirt and grime throughout the building. To make matters worse, one assistant of the receptionist did not speak English, which is unacceptable in a hotel. Overall, my experience at Focus Hotel was disappointing. The lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic communication skills made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would advise anyone to look for alternative accommodations.
