Wszystko było ok miła obsługa czysto i przede wszystkim cisza w hotelu. Mogłoby być więcej miejsc parkingowych i ta klima sama załącza się w nocy i zamiast grzać chłodzi masakra ale poza tym ok.

Zimmer in der 5. Etage sehr großzügig; Frühstück war gut (habe aber in der Preisklasse schon besser gefrühstückt), Zimmerservice funktioniert prima, Lage ist spitzenmäßig

Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht aktiv einschaltbar; geht nach kurzer Zeit einfach aus... Zimmertresor war nicht zu öffnen; hätte eigentlich bei der Zimmervorbereitung bzw. beim Säubern auffallen müssen. Es war ein Wummern im Zimmer zu hören dessen Ursprung angeblich nicht zu klären war, ich vermute die Lüftungsanlage... Obwohl ich den Tiefgaragenplatz für die ganzen Tage gebucht hatte, hatte ich an 2 Abenden Probleme, weil die Tiefgarage voll war.... ...also überbucht...

Smaczne śniadania, dobra lokalizacja

Dostałem pokój na 5 piętrze w którym permanentnie było słychać buczenie (zapewne klimatyzacji lub innego urządzenia znajdującego się na dachu), okna nieszczelne przez co dźwięk przejeżdzających samochodów, a także dym papierosowy od sąsiadów bez problemu wdzierały się do pokoju. Obsługa bardzo roztrzepana - pierwszego dnia zapytałem o opcję późnego wymeldowania i dostałem informację, żeby zapytać następnego dnia. Na drugi dzień ta sama odpowiedź. Gdy ostatniego dnia pobytu po śniadaniu zapytałem raz jeszcze, usłyszałem, że oczywiście taka opcja jest dostępna więc zgłosiłem chęć przedłużenia pobytu do 15. Wracając do pokoju o 11.50 moja karta już nie działała (mimo, że standardowa godzina wymeldowania to 12) Po wizycie w recepcji kartę zakodowano raz jeszcze. Godzinę później będąc poza hotelem otrzymuję telefon, że w pokoju są moje rzeczy, a nie zgłosiłem chęci przedłużenia pobytu!!! Obsługa restauracji na tym samym poziomie - przyszliśmy zjeść kolację ok 18.30. Na sali 3 osoby, które już spożywały swoje posiłki. Przez 10 minut nikt nie podszedł do stolika bo po prostu nie było nikogo kto zajmowałby się obsługą sali. Po poszukiwaniach kelnerki udało się ją znaleźć w pomieszczeniu obok baru. Ten pobyt był zły, ale to na prawdę zły, ja z pewnością więcej tutaj nie zawitam.

The breakfast wasn't that good. Couple of foods were not fresh. Scrambled eggs tasted weird. Not worth 75PLN to pay

Air con in the rooms were not great and in 30° heat that is needed.

The property is in perfect location, close to the old town but with good distance to avoid city nightlife noise. I recommend taking breakfast as the offer is brilliant!

In general, everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very good. Not much to complain about.

The hotel is a little bit overpriced for 3 stars. Also, the food at the reception cost 4–5 times more expensive than in nearby shops, which is not decent.

Comfortable stay. Good facilities with kettle. Comfortable bed for sleep. Room with small balcony to get some fresh air. Room was cleaned everyday.

Didn't get satisfied with breakfast. Not given option of boiled egg which I had during last visit. The room lighting was sufficient. I could get some bright lights only in the bathroom

The staff were very friendly and helpful and thoughtful towards pets. Providing toys, water bowls and an area for them.

The food and beverage provision could have been better. During the day snacks and drinks were limited to vending machines and what was behind reception. Bar snacks and drinks didn't begin until the evening.

Perfect location, comfortable underground parking and really friendly staff.

There are just two things which were really not comfortable. First of all it was really dirty, with huge cobweb on the ceiling just above the bed. So every time when you`re in the bed you can say "hello" to spider family, I was really surprised about it and the fact it was zero reaction and zero cleaning during all 3 nights. The 2nd not comfortable fact - it's a bed type. King size bed = 2 small beds together with 2 mattresses. So I wouldn't recommend it for couples because it's totally not romantic and not comfortable to fix everything every time.

The staff were lovely friendly and welcoming. The bar area ambience was spot on ,lighting was just right and chill out music to match.

Now this is where it all goes wrong . Unfortunately every night throughout my stay I was woken up at 4am with screaming and shouting and partying going on at the adjacent room opposite that went on for 2 hours each morning. I spoke to reception staff after the first incident and was given a complimentary breakfast and a free drink that was very kind but the issue was never resolved. My 3 night stay that I have worked and saved hard for has been completely spoilted by residents who have no respect for the guests. I was told when leaving that there are many American service men staying in the hotel and these were the culprits and the staff won't upset them as there taking up a massive percentage of beds in poznan and ten thousand in Poland as it stands at the moment. And then there is the balcony ,broken tiles,filthy and green mould ,not acceptable. 150 pictures on booking.com and not one single picture of a balcony, I wonder why. And finally I asked reception staff to order me a taxi to to airport which I was charged 70 zloty. From the airport was 45 zloty. Back in Poznan in September, will I use this hotel. No way .

Great location a 5 minute walk from the main square. Everything was within walking distance. Comfortable room, powerful shower, excellent varied breakfast, lovely super helpful staff.

The location is perfect. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice hair conditioner.

The room was broken. Climate didn't work, but the staff helped us with a heater. It is good to have a towel heater, but it was barely working. The shower lacked a door - it is impossible to take a shower without spilling out the water all over the place. Bottles with shower amenities were broken. The bottle for body wash was empty. Strange layout of the room.
