Great location and amazing food

really clean, staff were wonderful (Carolina and Ivan in the agua bar in particular). lots of food selection

drinks I.e. cocktails could be better

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of space to get a bed by one of the pools

Could possibly do with more umbrellas by the pools. Food was nice but maybe more variation in the main meals of a night.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. They easily offer their help and were very reactive. My friend could get great gluten-free options when she asks. The activities were there but easy to avoid if you are not interested

The cocktail were really cheaply made. And the fitness center closes at 6pm wich is very early.

we do feel that the property needs updating lovely sitting room is very old-fashioned

The rooms were beautiful and spotless , Fabulous gardens and staff very helpful and friendly, check in was a breeze

The meal choices were a little odd and the food lukewarm had these been better this would be a five star resort. It was a shame the pool bar closed at six in the my favourite area as this would have been a great place to gather in the evening

The staff were excellent and so helpful . The animation team were superb . Everything you needed was available and it was really clean.

I would have liked if the gym opened earlier in the morning and stayed open later in the evening . 9am is a bit late for a gym to op

Food selection wasn't that large as other all inclusive hotels. No slippers in the room.

Food, friendly staff, location, infra structure. Really amazing place and for sure I will come back. Also flexibility to leave the bags after the check out

Too many desserts but no vegan options. Also the food no many vegan options. The gym is very old and the schedule is not good. And the activities are not many, I stayed 4 days and I didn't play bingo and ping pong, should be more often. Also padel should have instead of two tennis court

Wi-Fi was really bad, the variety of food left little to desired. Went as a My favourite club all inclusive guest but room had no iron and the hotel wanted to charge €5 per day to use it which feels more like a 1 star as opposed to 4 star.

Lots of activities, friendly staff, very clean, big double bed & spacious rooms. Food was good.

Nothing except maybe more variety on food from night to night but it was low season so it’s understandable.

We were in the club bit so adults only, this suited us as we required a bit of peace and quiet. The pool was excellent and the jacuzzi was fun, could have been on longer though, only 5 minutes each 20 minutes.

No communication with reception, not even contacted after complaints (Our first terrible experience ever) Cantine style food nothing elegant about the dinning experience with long queues for food!! (That was presented well but NO flavours) My husband is Italian, difficult for him to eat the cardboard bacon and soggy pasta. Dinning in shorts & flipflops. Cockroaches in room and loud music and chair scraping early morning & night. We asked for a room change & was offered 1 at 4pm on New Years Eve!!!not even a note or call from reception. Queue for pool towels and sunbeds. No luxury at all, kiddies clubs, families and everything for package holidaymakers!! Drinks all inclusive are extremely cheap versions, added with water and ice served in plastic cups!!!! Nothing canarian....

The staff and the accommodation were excellent.

Helpfulness of staff, ease of check in, room cleaning services, animation team, relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, visibility of good management.
