the all inclusive was amazing - such a good spread for all 3 meals and snacks throughout the day!

The food and drink was great and had a great nite there

The beds was 2 single beds pushed together and was very uncomfortable

the lack of insulation between the rooms the mattress was so bad the food was absolutely terrible was so bad did not even go for dinner or breakfast went out instead all top shelf drinks not included I’d rather buy a package and after 11 pay for drinks yet all day I had 2 drinks in the all inclusive package lunch was so bad I went out for dinner so very bad value for money the cava was measured at the pool bar by the bar lady who was so rude she obviously does not like her job the wine in the restaurant and pool bar was different restaurant drinkable the pool bar wine unacceptable the staff at the pool bar so rude I was here many times but it has changed so much could in all honesty not recommend your hotel to anyone and that’s bad sorry but maybe by listening you might bring in changes and get it back to the standard I remember I live here and frequently use hotels and recommend them to friends and customers but at present can’t do it with the arena suites

We had a lovely two night stay here. Easy and early check in with a very helpful lady at reception. The rooms were spotless and a good size with a huge double bed which was very comfortable. A nice touch of a bottle of wine and water in the room on arrival. All inclusive food and drink were great as well. One of the best we've had for food and the alcoholic drinks actually tasted of alcohol. We loved this place and would definitely return. If you want to go out, a taxi to the strip is around €5.

The food was very good and hot with plenty of choice. Very clean, the staff were always happy. The weather was also amazing
