The pool was nice, and the reception staff were friendly

The life guard was over the top strict also we were advised that the pool closed at 8PM but closed at 6PM. The room for the night cost 70 but they wanted a ridiculous 150 deposit which only accepted by card that took 3 days to be refunded back into my bank we were stuck for money because of this, also when asking for a hair dryer and iron they wanted a further 26 euro, 6 euro to use and 10 euro each for a deposit, no air conditioning either

Lovely location! 7 min far from see and Siam park by by walking! I came by bus from airport to hetol easily! There is also very nice pool+ pool bar!

Lovely pool, clean room and friendly staff

I requested a late checkout as our flight was at night. The lady on reception the morning before did not seem interested and said there was no availability. I asked about a shower room to use. She said that the only shower was the pool showers and no soap could be used. This spoilt my last day which happened to be my birthday. That evening there was a man in reception, I think his name was Pedro. I asked him again could we pay for a late checkout. He said yes, no problem at all as our room had not been booked out. This was a relief but highlighted a massive difference in customer service.

Very good location with only 5 min walk to the beach 👌 nice and quiet place with the best view to the ocean. Lovely staff and very good location. Plus very close to bus station. Highly recommended.

- away from all the noisy buzz so you will get a good night sleep - great sea views at the top floors - few min walk from the beach and Siam Mall shopping centre

- the card for my door never worked and had to ask the reception to re-upload the entry, this was quite frustrating taking to the consideration the fact I stayed a few days, nothing to do with the card being close to my phone, the door chip needs reparing

Reception and spa staff always very friendly. The pool was good, Eid have been better with music playing though. The view from our balcony was wonderful.

Some days the rooms were not cleaned and there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom area, the reception staff just gave us some spray when we told them, this meant we could no longer eat or drink in the room as cockroaches can give you ecoli or salmonella and this really spoilt our time at the caribe.

Unfriendly staff, breakfast too late, we couldn't have one before our ferry at 0830 We were a family of 4, the sofa in the living room was for one kid only. So we had to fit 3 in the bedroom bed.

Didn't eat or drink bar staff very rude need to b trained to deal with residence
