ALL the staff were friendly, helpful and displayed a happy manner. As we had a car, the location suited us very well and offered easy access to both the nearby town and mountains. New smart TV’s had recently been added to the rooms, which included Netflix in the offering. A great addition. Last but certainly not least, the food tasted great!

Such a beautiful place nestled in a gorgeous valley with the river rushing by. The staff is so kind and helpful, even letting us borrow some poles for trekking. Great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch that is so interesting decorated. Lots of wood finishing and rustic touches. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable and had a great view of the river and courtyard back towards the main house from the balcony. we stayed in summer and even though the weather didn’t exactly cooperate this stay here made it all worth it. We didn’t use it but it has a gym and yoga room too. Seems like this place is a popular winter choice as well.

the location is away from the busy city, there is walking track in front of the hotel. the cafe was lovely, didn't have the opportunity to have lunch here, but we had snack during the day, it was perfect. price wise was acceptable.

its far away from any store, if you don't bring a car, would be difficult to get around.

The location is just perfect, accommodation/rooms are clean will equipped and owners are very helpful. The owners where able to arrange our skiing gear in advance, as well as lessons for our kids and so on. We where all set the minute we arrived at La Neu!!

We came at the low season, only rhe main building accepted guests. I believe staying in the annex next to a small river would be much nicer.

Really nice stay at La Ne! The apartment is very big! It was really nice to have 2 bathroom as we were 4! there is everything you need to cook.

We were late, but they waited for us to arrive.

The internet connection didn’t work in the bedrooms of the apartment 😕

The apartment I had is large and clean, with everything one needs. Breakfast was very good, the staff helpful and kind. The location is really good, because the building is on a road which is not too busy but connects you with both, the beautiful mountains and the towns in the south. I liked Andorra very much, because of its relaxing and pragmatic life style. Everything works, no crime, and it is clean everywhere. Instead of thousands of traffic lights, Andorra has (decorated!) roundabouts which support moving traffic, etc., etc.

Wonderful quiet location with balcony in all rooms right by a creek and view to the mountains. You can hear the water in the creek, which we found relaxing. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. The garden is beautiful and immaculately kept.

The Wifi was a bit slow sometimes. It would be nice to have a laundry drier.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Delicious food. Great breakfast and also a high quality restaurant for lunch or dinner. Cozy and nicely decorated common areas. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Very good value for money. Outstanding location for hiking.
