At the reception I was told that the restaurant had a menu but when I arrived at the restaurant I was told that I could only order on alacart. I had to pay a high price.

Location

Bathroom was substandard, with rusty pieces of finishes in it, limited light and small. Dinner leaves room for improvement, from the previous experience I had 4 years ago. It has not improved. I was given a supposedly upgraded room, in reality smaller than I had last time.

Beautiful place with amazingly stylish design on the outside and inside.

Woodland location was ideal for long dog walks. Spa treatments (thx Barbara!) were fantastic, and spa itself is in a gorgeous modern building with pool. Restaurant El Ciel was also fantastic loved our meal. Lobby and all communal areas make such an impression 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Next time would choose the more modern rooms in new wing over the separate villa rooms which are still nice but an older style.

structure seems under staffed, both reception and restaurant service were not really up to standard for a such a high level hotel.

Beautiful location with a friendly and professional "onthaal" incl. a short tour of the facilities. The porter takes your luggage to the room and valet parking. All facilities incl. full functional wellness are spotless and top notch. Two excellent in-house restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was one of the best we had in a life of int. traveling.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Classy despite some wear and tear on the furniture. Smooth service at breakfast and nice offering at the bar. Good value at Le Ciel bistro (excellent wine list on the expensive side, though)
