living room and bedrooms were amazing

shower and the bath tube. like the bath tube was stained and looked dirty, specially with the curtain but apart from that all good.

Convenient location in Sant Antoni. For 6Eur a day, you can rent a parking spot in an underground parking garage directly across the apartments.

The kitchen garbage had not been emptied and was still full with the previous guests' trash. The wifi was not working during half of my stay. I had the option of logging in to the next door restaurant's wifi from the lobby, but that wasn't conducive for needed to be connected for long periods of time for work.

The property was very clean and very spacious and the location was fabulous

The location is superb. A short stroll from the bus terminal and promenade. One block from a supermarket. Just far enough away from the manic west end. All staff, including back of house were super helpful.

Some sound from the bathroom shaft did permeate from other floors. Easily reduced by closing the window to that shaft. Centrally controlled cooling.

location was great, the guy on reception when we checked in was hilarious, rooms were good, bed surprisingly comfortable!

People on reception were always available and happy to help. Apartment was clean and we had access to paid parking arranged by the receptionist.

The only rather surprising aspect was that the bedroom window was opening directly into the communal hall.. That was a first :)

I have been staying at Rita’s since 2016. Rita’s Apartmentos is the best accommodation in San Antonio, a family run business with just the best energy. The apartments are just incredible and such good value for money. There is so much room and the bed/sofa are super comfy. You are a 10 minute walk from the Golden Buddha. We cannot wait to come and stay with you again❤️🙏🏽✨ I am praying it’s sooner rather than later - love room 401. Claudia and Euan xxxxx

Apartment is ok, as advertised.

Problems paying online via booking.com, problems communicating about the payment, no answer by phone or whatsapp on the day of arrival on the number listed on their website and on their booking email. On arrival, they gave us the wrong type of apartment, of a lower level. The next day they blamed the receptionist, said ours had been available, yet the morning receptionist tried to give us a different apartment on a lower floor. So twice they tried to give us something worth less than what we had paid for already. Finally we moved to an apartment of the type we had prepaid. I demanded to be reimbursed the difference in value for the first night. They said fine. On ck out I had to ask for it again, and the receptionist dismissively asked "10 euros"? Yes, that was the amount. I should not have to ask again. You messed up, you refund as you said you would. Instead, until the end, they dragged their feet. Asked the receptionist to print tickets for a concert. The info was in very small print, but the receptionist made the effort to read it and said, oh, you're going to this place. Creepy level of nosiness. Finally, the garage opposite the apartment building has narrow corridors, not good if you have or rented a large car. We had a Tucson and it did not fit. Had to park 10 minutes walk away.

1. Ethusiastic hosts and hostess will introduce you any item in Ibiza in details 2. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the bus station of San Antonio and also the coast and the restanrants of the San Antonio 3. If you stay more than 2 nights, housekeeping will clean and tide up your room every 2 days. It was a fantastic experience to stay here during vacation on Ibiza

The apartments are lovely. This was our second visit and we are returning in a couple of weeks. Great location and staff go above and beyond to make your visit San Antonio a good one. Would highly recommend.

Again, the hosts, Tony and Sophia, were the best part of the whole experience staying at Rita's.

Toni the host was amazing, really friendly. Perfect location right in the middle of San An. Huge apartment with plenty of room.

We had a great welcome from Rita's daughter Pilar. Very friendly and professional. It was a key card entry for the room which never failed, un like some large hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were serviced and clean towels supplied by a lovely lady. The kitchen was set up well with all you would require, including a bottle opener. We were on the 4th floor so the view watching the sunrise each morning was a lovely touch.

We didn't dislike anything.
