Small room with a private bathroom. The AC was working perfectly, and that was something pretty important when staying in a beach place during summer. The staff was super friendly and the reception is open.

The bathroom didn't have ventilation so we had to keep the door open and the room window open.

The receptionist was very friendly and the room, elevator, entrance and so on were really clean and comfortable. Location was on a busy pedestrian street but not the part with the night club crowds. Quick access to the waterfront by foot.

I was disappointed that they couldn't charge us for two nights instead of three. We booked for 4 nights in Ibiza but EasyJet cancelled our flight and rebooked us on one two days later. However, the best the hotel could do was reduce our booking to 3 nights and tell us to go after EasyJet for a reimbursement of the 92€ lost on the extra night paid to Hostal Roca. We have yet to see the 92€ and have had a LOT of stress dealing with EasyJet. Hostal Roca should have charged us for 2 nights, not 3.

The property is in a perfect location in San Antonio. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing negative to say really!

We only stayed for 1 night as it was easier than getting multiple taxi's back after a stag do. Lovely little hotel and would definitely return.

The doors are noisy when they close so you can hear other people entering and leaving their rooms.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The size of the room was ok . The staff was friendly, but the check in process took too long.

The hotel is very noisy not from noise outside but there is a lot on internal noise. You can hear every single sound that comes from the other rooms, bathrooms, the elevator (even though our room was far from it). Our room had a small window which looked within the building, so it was impossible to even hang a wet bathing suit,

Perfect location in the city center. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Room and bathroom are clean and room service did a good job.

There is no way to dry towels. Very limited space in bathroom which is not enough to dry shower towels (needed to be changed every day) and no space at all for swim-shorts/suits and beach towels which makes it very uncomfortable if things need to be used again wet on the next day. Would recommend to offer some small clothes horse to make this easier Can be a bit noisy at nights as not very soundproofed.

The staff is excellent esp the person who checked me in. She was trying her best to be helpful to all- offering to let people keep their luggage there for a few hours after check-out etc. This may have been a special occasion but one sensed the people here cared about service in a genuine way. The room was small (single) but comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The shower worked exceptionally well too. It was a laid back vibe. I recommend.

It’s clean, great services, well located in San Antonio, few mins walk from vehicles rentals, shops, supermarkets, restos, few mins walk to the beach. Very good value of money!

First of all - Roca is closed and instead of Roca they are sending guests to Golden Sol Hotel that is 2 level upgrade , 3 stars hotel next to the beach for the same price. So it was stunning, Personal is super pro-clients and nice. It was just 10 in all categories.
