Loved afternoon tea and hot drinks available 24/7. Location was great and we enjoyed watching the activities in the harbour from our room.

The decor was a little tired and could do with redecoration. The shower was disappointing - quite low water pressure.

Excelente ubicación. Cenas con poca variedad, tan sólo un plato principal (carne o pescado) por noche, el cual en un par de días desapareció por la alta demanda y tuvo que ser substituido por otro, una sopa diaria, una ensalada de pasta y dos de verduras. Vistas preciosas al embarcadero y además, si las nubes lo permiten, disfrutar del espectáculo de auroras.

La habitación, de un tamaño discreto, aunque no pequeña, no dispone de espacio para guardar ropa (armarios) si tu estancia, como fué nuestro caso, es de una semana.

Todo ha estado perfecto en cuanto a ubicación, alojamiento, trato, confort, desayuno…

The location was perfect! The hotel is right on the water with excellent views. It's central to all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore Tromso on foot. It's also a couple of blocks from the meeting points for several Northern Lights tours. We even saw some faint Northern lights from our room one night! The rooms weren't anything fancy, but they met all our needs and even had a tiny fridge. The staff was very friendly and even scheduled us a taxi for early in the morning to get to the airport. The breakfast ends kind of early after doing late night northern lights exploring, but it's a delicious and convenient buffet.

The dinner was included, but it was only 1 dish per night. If you don't like the selection, you need to have a reservation for dinner nearby or eat early (before 6pm) if you want to be spontaneous.

The location was good right on the quayside,

On arrival we were told the kitchens were closed and we would have to go across the street to the sister hotel for food. It might have been stated when making the booking. AS it was Dinner bed and breakfast, the breakfasts were ok but the dinner was pretty basic and we missed the second night and ate out. The room was a little small
