I loved the surprise gift bag on Christmas morning. Staff are always friendly and facilities are clean

The room was very clean and nicely refurbished. Staff were very friendly and we were so appreciative of the unexpected room upgrade. We’ve never been upgraded in our lives, so it was a very special treat!

Parking was a little difficult due to no markings outside rooms.

The granola for breakfast was good. Reception was welcoming and efficient.

I could not figure out why I got a glass with granola and yoghurt and a bowl with granola to have with milk. Took quite a while to materialise for a simple continental breakfast. Coffee was just lukewarm.

Extremely comfortable and warm 2 bedroom suite. Friendly and most helpful Staff, even gave us plates & cutlery for kids. Definitely stay here again! Awesome location to city too!

the fridge makes noise and the kettle leaks water also the toilet keeps running water. the sofa isn’t comfortable to sit they need to update all stuff

An excellent property with large rooms. Very clean throughout and staff were also excellent throughout. Shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, although there is a nice bar and restaurant onsite also. The City Centre is 20/25 mins walk with a bus stop outside of the hotel. Uber and Taxis easily requested also.

The staff went out of their way, especially the Front House Manager She was awesome and insisted on helping with luggage Give that young lady a promotion and a pay rise She is a valuable asset to your business

There was nothing I didn't like however needed a bottle opener Would suggest that. one is put in the room Which reception kindly provided

The restaurant was great, room was OK but the noise from.the street keep us awake and for the amount of money we spent it was a little disappointing.
