Location is perfect, 2 minute walk to main street. Beds are so so comfortable!! If I could give a higher rating I would. Staff are very nice. Will return.

Friendly staff, the breakfast was good, they had wash cloth which is unusual for most hotels in Europe. Parking was only 10 euro.

Easy to find in quite a good location

Hotel is very dated....parking was a nightmare: underground carpark around the corner from the hotel with extremely steep access - NOT suitable for sports cars! Room a good size for an overnight stop, had some issues as the Aircon didn't work, toilet door didn't shut, cupboard doors broken etc. In all I think this would have been a lovely hotel in its day, but these days needs some TLC!

After arrival at the main station it was really easy to find the hotel. The staff were all very kind, our room and the bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely lady there, she brought us the toddler chair immediately. I loved that we had lot of pillows in the bed.

Its a lovely Hotel in an excelent location, just a few minutes walk from the main old town centre. The hotel is very clean and seems to take you back in time with all its Art Deco style. Once you have spoken to the staff they are warm and welcoming and able to advise you of anything you ask. Having parking is also a great bonus.

Our initial impression was not good, when we arrived an hour early, to say to reception who we were and we got a very sharp.. " Check in is at 3! " followed by silence.....and that was it... Not "a welcome to our hotel, can take your bags to store?, your room will be ready at three, please find some info on local amenities to see while you wait..." etc.. which we would usually get. That being said, once we spoke to reception about things the atmosphere warmed up considerably and our previous warm welcoming comment takes over.. shame it took us to break it down to get to that stage

bathrooms need to be modernised

Beautiful Art deco style Hotel, we felt like we had been transported back in time to the Gatsby era. We arrived before check in time but went to the hotel to park our car and drop off our luggage before going sightseeing. Receptionist provided a very helpful map to help us find the car park, conveniently located in the street behind the hotel. Kettle in the room, very spacious bathroom and comfortable sized room with good storage, a desk, fridge and a very comfortable bed. Location is fabulous with a short walk to Old Town, Tourist information, shopping and cafes. Leafy Park opposite the Hotel.

We were traveling during a heat wave across Europe and had specifically chosen a hotel with air conditioning. The first room we were checked in to had the temperature set on a very uncomfortable 26 degrees and couldn't be changed. We went to Reception who advised that the rooms all had different set temperatures and found us a room that was cooler. Receptionist accommodated our request but not sure that he understood the problem and felt a little like we were being difficult. My overall score has been reduced because of this uncomfortable situation.
