Location was perfect for our needs, rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. breakfast was good, although a small selection

Air conditioning was noisy and not all window shutters worked, meaning room was quite bright some mornings, plus there were roadworks outside the building starting at 6:30am

Das Hotel war gut vom Hbf in Stuttgart zu erreichen. Auch, wenn man nach 22 Uhr ankommt, ist der Check-In ohne besetzte Rezeption sehr easy. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, sehr fleisch-lastig und das aufgeschnittene war Obst nicht mehr frisch und schmeckte etwas merkwürdig.

Leider war es trotz eingeschalteter Klimaanlage sehr kalt in meinem Zimmer und auch die Bettwäsche war zu dünn, so dass ich die ganze Nacht gefroren habe. Zusätzlich hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt war das Zimmer und Badezimmer leider schon sehr verwohnt und einige Teile im Zimmer, wie z.B. der Fön oder auch die ur-alt Handtücher sollten ersetzt werden. Auch die Sauberkeit war leider nicht perfekt. Es war alles etwas eingestaubt und im Badezimmer war alles etwas angestaubt und schmuddelig.

A lot of things was broken. Kettle and a table lamp was broken. Doors in shower cabin as well as showerhead seems to be broken for a long time. Window roller-shutter also broken. Water faucet in bath-room work not properly.
