Central location

Upon arrival, the man at the reception was not friendly at all, I didn't get the promised room, I didn't get information about the hotel, food, in short, nothing. Even when the air conditioner is switched off in the room, is constantly running and it is very cold. It was freezing all night, even though it wasn't warm outside. Wi-Fi is weak. There isn't even a fridge in the room. The room facing the train station is noisy. This hotel does not reach 4 stars, especially not worth the 200€ per night. I don't recommend it to anyone!

When room was serviced, tea mugs were not washed. Water bottles were not replaced Room was too warm despite using the aircon to highest setting, so aircon might have been broken

Located next to the main train station. Clean room and comfy bed. Good facility of gym and spa.

Very decent Hotel. Great location as it's directly opposite from the train Station. There is underground parking where some spaces have been reserved for the Hotel. Direct lift from the Garage. Bus Terminal right in Front for a quick 6 Minute bus ride to the old town. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean both in the rooms and public Areas.

Bottled water replaced daily. More tea bags and milk. One tea bag for two guests staying two nights is not enough.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Also, it is easy to get a taxi or uber to and from and wonderfully modern and has a very extensive breakfast. They furnished water in glass bottles at the hotel which was a nice surprise. The facilities were top notch and extremely modern.

The hotel is very centrally located, but that means it is a good clip of a walk from downtown. Too far for my older parents to walk to and come back. Also, we had a terrible time finding a good restaurant in the vicinity. It could have just been bad luck, but the McDonalds and Burger King next door were not great options. I wish the hotel served austrian food in the evenings.

Excellent location just by the train station and still only 10-15 min walk to old Salzburg. Super well kept, clean and comfortable throughout. Great breakfast on the top floor of the building. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

Staff is very nice there, esp Pranee whk is always willing to help. It can be seen that she loves her job by always showing her shiney smiles
