Our room was ready when we arrived and we were allowed to checkin 3o minutes early. The hotel is familiar with the Münsterland Giro and made accommodations for it, including secure bike parking in the conference room, serving breakfast earlier than usual, and providing luggage storage and showers after checkout. The staff working in the breakfast room were especially friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. A locked garage is available for touring and eBike storage. Even though the train tracks were not far away, we were not bothered by noise outside and slept well.

This property was booked due to having off street parking for motorcycles. Hotel staff very helpful on arrival. A short from the rail station and eating establishments.

When this property was booked accommodation was requested for 6 adults and off street parking. The booking was confirmed as 2 rooms with 3 single beds in each. On arrival we were informed that one bedroom was 1 floor up and the second bedroom was 3 floors up and due to the proprietor leaving the premises for the night once we arrived the lift would be switched off and not available. On returning to the hotel after going for food we discovered that the room allocated on the 3rd floor was in fact 1 single bed and 1 double bed. This was not what was confirmed in booking and completely unsuitable for our stay. This resulted in one guest sleeping on the floor. A complaint was made at reception the following morning where I was informed that due to making the reservation with Booking.com and not with the hotel direct it was the fault of Booking.com for not passing on the correct information. No refund or discounted rate was offered which was disappointing.

Hotel location ideal for our visit to Gleiss 22. Clean comfortable rooms.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Wi-Fi connection was very poor, so I needed to turn on my smartphone hotspot in order to be able to work something on my notebook. I would definitely recommend the hotel to extend their wi-fi range capabilities.

Clean, kind staff

No refrigerator nor microwave in room. Reception closes very early in the evening and this is difficult for international travelers. Too expensive for what was received.

This hotel is truly excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and we enjoyed our time immensely. Very very much recommended.
