Hotel Pinger is an ideal position to do a self tour of the many local rail companys just 20 metres from train station A Travelodge style room with 2 single beds side by side good clean bathroom with a nice shower wi fi on 4th floor was weak in bedroom better in corridor only one pillow on each bed breakfast at 7.50 euros per day was a bit spartan nice bar friendly staff yes i would return if doing more rail boat trips more info on rail and boat trips in english would be good tho mr pinger had all the answers if you asked him

Location was fantastic, next to the railway station. Price was also very good

Major complaint was at Breakfast time which was advertised '07:30 to 10:00 a.m.' We arrived at 09:30 and the serving staff were suprised to see us (one was having her own breakfast at one of the tables - no problem with that at all). At 09:40 they started to turn things off and take food and drinks away - coffee machine turned off, milk and juices taken away, hams, cheeses and bread removed. We gobbled our breakfast very quickly before they took the plates from underneath us! Totally unprofessional.

Breakfast was fine, nice boiled egg, good oranensaft, good coffee, Locarion was excellent, across the road frorailway station.

Nothing

The Hotel is in a great location close to train station and the city centre. It's also only a few minutes by foot the the rhein, which was nice. The room was clean and definitely met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

The TV didn't work.

Great breakfast and for €1.50 you could take a roll with filling of your choice from breakfast buffet for lunch.what a lovely idea! Loved the complimentary train ticket for travel in duration of stay in certain areas.

There was no kettle in the room. Couldnt have tea or coffee in the room or make tea in a flask to take out for the day.
