De locatie voor skiërs is top, op 100m van de lift. Ook is er de bushalte op 150m voor naar andere skipistes/liften of plaatsen te gaan. Het eten in het hotel is goed, sommige dagen worden wel opgevuld met de " restjes" van andere dagen. Het personeel van de eetzaal is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig.

Het hotel is wel aan renovatie toe. De kamers zijn ok maar heel oud. De bedden voor de kinderen, slaapbank, zijn niet comfortabel. Tip: vraag vanaf de 1ste nacht een extra topper, dan is het ok om te slapen. Het gebouw in het algemeen heeft een serieuze opfrissing nodig. De 2de avond hebben we een geurprobleem (rioolgeur na het douchen) in onze badkamer gehad. Na heel wat heisa te maken is de directeur van het hotel deze komen herstellen, de technieker was al naar huis. De directeur is zeer onvriendelijk en komt zeer arrogant over, jammer. Verder heeft het hotel soms te kampen met slechte inschatting van de hoeveelheid eten en desserts. Tip: vraag steeds of er andere desserts beschikbaar zijn.

Lovely hotel in a sound location, easy to get too as the bus stop is opposite the front of the train station, a minimal walk from where the bus drops you to the hotel, they serve a great breakfast too be fair,There's cable cars around the corner, the hotel is situated in a beautiful area, I had totally sound views from my room, I booked an extra night as I was that happy with everything, sound, sorted place, would stay again.

I definitely recommend this accommodation. Cozy little hotel with great decor. This hotel serves a wonderful and varied continental breakfast. For those who arrive early in the morning before check-in or who need facilities after skiing on the day of departure (after check-out time), there is a special room at your service with a place to store luggage / personal things, a shower and a toilet. Special thanks for this. Also there is a storage room for ski equipment. Near the hotel there is a bus stop towards the areitXpress and Kaprun ski lifts.

Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Ski / boot room warm. Just over 300m to Ariet gondola. Ski bus stops just outside for Kaprun or Zell Am See on the lake. Bus depot is 250m from hotel where Line 260 bus departs to Salzburg airport. Zell Am Zee is a very pleasant town to stroll around with loads of restaurants and cafes.

Room was small. Had to take breakfast in Hotel Latini - next door so not a big deal. Hotel located in Zell Zud, Schütthdorff This is the dormitory / commercial area but very clean and tidy. I was quite happy staying here although some might find it lacking in bars, restaurants etc

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Food was mostly good, but well worth the extra for half board to include dinner and breakfast.

Rooms are quite small. Especially for family of 3 sharing.
