Nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy.

It is a little bit farther out. You can not really reach the city center by foot.

The room was nearly immaculate when it came to cleanliness. The bathroom sink is made of glass so you can definitely tell if it has been properly cleaned. The ambience was very relaxing and had enough space for 2 people to move about.

Downside is that you can hear the maids cleaning starting at 9am, so it can interrupt your sleep.

The room was clean, and everything I needed was there.

Plug for desk was near the floor. Pillows hard and uncomfortable. Would have liked more vegan choices for breakfast.

The room was a good size and nicely decorated, the bathroom was lovely especially the big bath.

My 1st time in Italy. So I booked online there at the hotel as price was a little cheaper, the receptionist said she needed the credit card for payment that I used online when booking but I said to her I just wanted to check 1st to see if payment was taken, instead of her to say okay that's fine but on our system it shows you didnt pay, that would be fine and the proper way to deal with the situation, however she was the most ignorant woman I've ever witness, she keep talking over me and said if you don't pay you leave obviously I'm going to pay as booked to stay there, and never at any point did I say I wasn't going to pay only that I wanted to check that no payment from my card was taken, she pissed me off and I told her so, In Ireland if you spoke as rude as her you'd will be sacked.

We did not take breakfast, as it is a bit too expensive for what we usually have. The hotel and the staff though is excellent. The location is very good if you get ther in your own car, as it is in a business area. I would definitely repeat the place with no doubt There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to the center of Venice

In additional info included charging station for EV near hotel. But on the location no present AC CHARGE.
