Me encantó el hotel ,los empleados ,el trato recibido por todos. La ubicación inmejorable ,buen desayuno.

La ubicación es muy buena y el restaurante resulta conveniente para el desayuno, aunque es poco costoso.

Se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, fué imposible dormir. Pienso que un hotel ubicado en una de las calles más transitadas de Madrid debería tener un sistema que aísle el ruido 100%.

The location was perfect

We stayed for 3 nights, our first night was spent in a room facing on to the Main Street on the first floor and it was incredibly loud. We asked the next morning to be moved and the staff were more then happy to accommodate us and we were moved to the top floor to a much quieter room

I liked very much the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was amazing, and the price was very good. And it also had a small balcony!

Every other day, the maid forgot to refill the coffee pods, and I had to go to ask the receptionist to give me some.

The walls are so thin , it was extremely loud from the bathroom next door . Hard to sleep for light sleepers. Otherwise it was nice .

Having the hotel entrance in the pedestrian area very close to a lot of lovely places in city centre The room was lovely, but we spent most time outside.

The bathroom had glass panels, so during the night when one of us used the toilet, the entire room was lit up very much.

This hotel is good but if you don´t care about noise. Because there is a noise all the night. If not people then carbage trucks. Also, there was something very weird i have never met before after 23 years of travelling: in basic room there wasn´t any possibility to put your cloths. No wardrobe, no any cloths hook, any, you believe, no clothes rack, no even a brad, no hanger. Nothing at all. And I was there for five days. So, that´s why I don´t recommend.

Seemingly no eggs and bacon in the breakfast, but you specifically have to ask, no one would tell you these items were available.

the glass door separating the room and the restroom. i would have prefered more privacy when using toilet when my family in the same room. it is a pity that is not obvious when looking at the pictures of the property
