I have been going to this hotel for over 15 years, and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing. The room is perfect. Not too crowded. The restaurant is very good. Some friends came to see me and were able to stay with me in the pool at no additional cost.

I stayed only one night and just that day the masseur was not working, so I could not enjoy this service. Next time I'll check in advance if that service is available.

It is beautifully located with views over the reservoir. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are great. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating.

Not much but it is a shame that the flooring in the corridors mean that you can hear all guests coming and going while in your room.

The hôtel is located close to Vinuela lake ,the view is beatiful. The dinner quality and Wine menu were Nice.

The spa (jacuzzi and sauna ) was 30 euros per person and only by réservation. It is written hôtel and wellness but when you arrive tired at the end of the day ,There is no free time slot for spa. Also the quality does not worth 30 euros. Breakfast was not good enough for the price we paid.No hot buffet (not even a cold one) ,we had to order eggs and it took long time to be served.ALso the Coffee is ftom nespresso machine. Éven hot water is from that machine . I travel alot and I think this is a dissapointing breakfast.

there we a couple of coffee pods in the room on arrival but on the second day there were none so when we woke there was no coffee. when we asked we were told we had to order and pay for them! we would have liked to know this at check in as we love a coffee when we wake up. I’d rather pay more than have no coffee or tea in the morning.

The staff were amazing and very prefessional. The Spa therapists were so good and attentive, room was great and clean, the restaurant and the menu absolutly amazing!! Location is very peaceful and I LOVE this place!!

The room was great but they don't have any mini bar, there is fridge and small water is provided but nothing else, also nothing else. They also do not provide any kettle in the rooms and only coffee machine but the restaurant staff were very helpful and provided hot water when I needed it for a tea. The spa is managed a bit too rigid, we had 1 hour of circuits, after 55 minutes the cleaner were there to clean despite we had booked massages for me and my friends but no facility were provided for us to relax before our treatments. I had other treatments in other days and when I was having my mud treatment, doors were opened and closed very loudly and as relaxing the treatment were the ambiance was ruined due to the noises!!

Unruly children running around , banging doors etc . Also coffee machine and toaster at breakfast kept breaking down .

Super nice hotel with a fantastic service minded staff(best we experienced in Spain so far) the food was delicious and the environment also!During the dinner there was live piano music which was wonderful!

The curtains in the room should be darker to sleep better and it is missing a gym/fitness area

The room wasn't very clean, the mini fridge didnt work, no kettle in room, bed was uncomfortable.

Wrong room originally allocated so had to request change which resulted in a poorer view and a inter connectiong room which was incredibly noisy and not the quiet ambience for our 25th wedding anniversary.

A really relaxing location, we have been back a few times now.
