This is an outstanding family-run hotel. All the staff is very friendly and quick to help, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are kept in good condition thanks to great housekeeping, the facilities are always clean and tidy, the breakfast is complete and always served fresh, the restaurant serves also lunch and dinners with a large selection of dishes and delicious meals at reasonable prices. They even offer a complimentary, cosy spa pool and steam room! Original decoration all over the place that makes you feel in a unique place. Highly recommendable, obviously!

Very minor observation, but some of the room light-switches were positioned close to the bed-heads and might get switch unintentionally.

Location is right in center of town and plenty of sports shops and wine and dine within 5 minutes of walk. 10 euro nice covered parking at 3 min walking distance. Beautiful antique decoration all around the hotel from room to reception to restaurant. Feel at grand mother home hotel. Fantastic vintage wine selection. 🍷

5th visit to hotel, always stay there when in Pyrenees. Secure underground car park. Comfortable bar area and fabulous food and service

When we arrived there were roadworks outside hotel but didn't spoil our 3 night stay

The staff are amazing. Prudencio and his wife were great hosts and they were so kind to us it is really amazing how they made us feel at home. The Tortilla for breakfast is a must!

Fun concept hotel with fun decor and lighting. Amazing view, try to get a room up high. Great location right where the restaurants are.

Shower is a little old fashion and water kept switching from hot to cold.

Booked hotel in advance and asked to guarantee room with a balcony, while it was possible to cancel didnt received confirmation, but after was told that depending on availability. When arrived to hotel very rude woman with gray hairs told that they havent confirmed me and she will check what she can do. Finally room with a balcony was received but this woman attitude was so unpleasant. And also nobody told that there plenty of free parquing 100m from hotel, they insist you to pay 10 eur for private garage. Location was just perfect. Also met nice russian speaking waiter Ana in nearby restaurant. And had a great lunch at ali oli restaurant nearby. City is nice and very cozy, river is beautiful. Worth to visit Aran park and hike at Aiguatortes.
