Super ruime kamers. Zeer netjes. Veel faciliteiten. Goed ontbijt

Heel veel schreeuwende meeuwen met kleintjes. Tevens de kamer gedateerd maar niet merkbaar.

We liked the heated pool and the possibility to access to the waterpark activities of the camping

The hotel is quite old, the breakfast doesn't have many options

Wi-Fi was poor had to sit in Reception. Barman was very rude asked for a nightcap at 10:40 pm was told bar closed at 11 and the barman disappeared

Good continental breakfast with a nice selection of pastries and cheeses and cold meats. Eggs and bacon, sausage served too. Might get a bit repetitive if you stay longer than we did. Clean comfortable modern room. Excellent cleaning staff. Great location, a short walk to waterpark at campsite. We spent most of our time there, where there's a great atmosphere and lots of entertainment. Hotel is much quiter and a good place to relax. Short walk from beach too. A bit far out from main village, so would benefit ftom a car.

Reception staff could be more helpful. Not much information provided at check-in and we had to keep asking about facilities, amenities and directions etc.

- above all, unmotivated staff. From the reception, to the breakfast crew and room cleaners. The majority are reactive and do not make you feel welcome. In their defense, there is no experienced manager or person to show them, looks like mainly students on their internship - Yoghurt and milk that isn’t kept cold on the buffet - Fake plants in the bathroom with a cm of sticky dust on them - Shower head with dreads of “something” sticking out - Molt on sunscreens, outside pillows and in the bathrooms

WiFi didn't work in our room - enquired 3 times with reception, but seems it doesn't reach rooms at the far end of the hotel. Inconvenient.

Taps leaking in bathroom due to missing flow outlet

Very bad Wifi, no connection at all, even you paid the internet service in the camping site.
