We absolutely loved staying at this house. The layout of the home and the pool was better than expected! It had everything we needed. I needed help with the TV and the host responded so quickly. I greatly appreciated her care for us. It was nice to be so close to Disney and other attractions in the area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was the perfect vacation home. The large pool was amazing, the house was very clean and it had everything we needed. Patricia was incredibly responsive and was easy to communicate with. The location was easy to get to Disney and shopping. We would definitely return.

The pictures are very accurate and show exactly what you will find. We loved the flooring. Easy location for us since we are very familiar with 192. Having Krispy Kreme just about a mile away was a highlight for my father. We found the home very comfortable and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Great communication and very detailed information was provided. We were well prepared to kick back and relax. Thank you for a great week.

My family and I travelled to Florida for my daughters dance Nationals at Disney Springs. We rented this house instead of staying at the hotel where the competition was and we are so happy that we did! This house is beautiful!! The pictures look great, but it’s even nicer in person. It’s quite spacious, the master bedroom is huge with a large walk in closet that I’m jealous of. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for our stay. I think the best part was of course, the pool. We opted to not have it heated since it was July and very hot outside. The water was perfect and we spent hours with the kids out there. The location of the house is perfect with anything you could need very close by. Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, all a very short drive away. I would say the only frustrating thing which has nothing to do with the house, would be the VERY long street lights. A 10 minute drive would take 30 because of traffic and the long lights. So just give yourself extra time if you need to be somewhere. Overall, I would very highly recommend this house to anyone and we will most definitely rent again if we are ever back in this area.

Very clean and comfortable property located close to activities and shopping. Our boys (8 & 12) loved the pool. Patricia was very responsive. We usually spend our spring break on the gulf coast but wanted to visit Universal this year, so we aren’t likely to return to Orlando anytime soon but would definitely stay here again if we did.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. The house had everything we needed while we were there. It was cold during the first half of the trip so it took a few days for to pool heat to kick in but it was amazing once it was warm. Hosts were very accommodating in regards to the pool as well. Overall amazing home for a small family. This was our second time booking with Patricia and we would gladly do so again I’m the future.

This was our second stay in Patricia’s home. The house was spotless and conveniently located. The heated pool was great after a day on the golf course. Patricia Is always very responsive and she makes the rental process very easy. Will be back next year. Norm from Massachusetts

The house was like in the pictures. new accessories, But the villa is very old, there was no running water in the shower or in the kitchen sink. The woman slipped in the bathtub which had an anti-skid protector. Showering was a nightmare. WhatsApp messages have been forwarded to Jose.

We had a lovely 10 night stay at Helen's Disney Dream home this fall. Myself and my husband traveled from Newfoundland Canada with our 2 year old & 4 month old. It was a beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. Home was very clean & spacious and the pool was AMAZING - we were in it every day. Location was perfect as well, less than 10 minutes to Disney, close to shopping outlets, other parks, etc. Patricia was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our family needs. (Bringing extra gear for the baby so we wouldn't have to travel with it - much appreciated) We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property, well kept, close to the parks, and had everything we needed. Had a few hick ups with our plans and the VRBO host was exceptional in trying to make our trip go as well as possible. We felt right at home and hope to visit again soon!

We loved it! Great instructions prior to arriving, walked in and it felt like home! Really lovely interior and exterior. Close to everything. The pool!! A great pool! What a lovely way to relax after heading out to Universal. I would highly recommend staying here! We were 4 adults and it was incredibly comfortable and roomy. My lady and I decided to give our little girl her 1st Disney Trip just before school started and to give ourselves a bit of a break from the everyday work/family duties we continuously have day in and day out! With little to no help from anyone, just our daughters grandmother & godmother(who we appreciate dearly for those moments). This is exactly what was needed and it will forever e one of our daughters best memories (@5yrs old), this is just the beginning.

This villa was perfect for our two week Disney stay visiting from England. Villa is modern and spacious even better than it looks in the listing. Kids loved the pool. It had everything we needed and was a short 15 minute drive to Disney parks. We had no need to contact the owner while we were there we had everything we needed and everything worked. Well stocked kitchen, great to have the washer and drier. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return. Thank you to the owner for having us. Highly recommended.

Perfect house for our group. Our own pool right out the door was perfect and the beds were comfy after a long day at the parks.

This house is amazing. It is decently close to the parks. There is a Walmart that does grocery pickup nearby so you can get all of those things you need for your stay. The property manager was great and easy to get in touch with, always offering useful information. The private pool is a game changer. Just the right size and a great way to relax after a lot of walking in the parks. Beds were all super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Patricia provided me and my family (who are disabled Veteran and Wife with crutches and a cane) with the perfect Villa. It has just one step to go in and out of the house with a swimming pool that my little girl used daily. It was her 11th Birthday and she said it was the best birthday she ever had!! It's super close to the Disney parks and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks to Patricia and her family as trips like this would not be possible for us without accommodations like her beautiful home.

Our family of four loved being 20 mins from all the theme parks we visited and the ability to retreat at night at this lovely vacation rental! The pool was fantastic and our host was responsive!

From the moment we opened the door, we were impressed. This home is beautiful… zen like… soothing with its decor/cleanliness. Quality, comfortable furnishings indoor and outside by the well maintained pool. The kitchen is organized with all the necessities to prepare meals with space to store foods in pantry area. The kitchen table was beautifully set. We ate at the dining table as I did not have the heart to move the colorful table settings. The extra large walk-in master bedroom closet could hold a bed! It was wonderful for storing everything we brought into the home. We used all 3 bedrooms; all were comfortable with extra blankets in the closets. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. We look forward to returning. Thank you.

The house is located very close to the Disney parks and driving was quick and easy. So many choices all around the house for restaurants after the parks and shopping too. The house was exactly as described with lots of amenities to use. The pool was great for a quick dip and my 8 year old loved it! Owner was so easy to contact and great communication all along the way.

We booked and stayed for a little over a week. We had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Everything you could of possibly needed was in the house. Very close to all the Disney parks, and lots of restaurants and stores near by. We will for sure stay here again!
