السعر غالي - الافطار محدود جدا - والدخول للمعموره مزعج تفتيش وتاخير وطلب اثبات وتمنيت الفندق خارج المعموره بسبب البوابه

The beach is really good and waves not strong.
I didn't like that every time I entered mamouruh to go to the resort from outaide I needed to pay entrance fee, I'm not sure if the hotel forgot to give us card to enter.

-The beach is beautiful and the water was clean.
- the swimming pool was good as well.
We started to enjoy our trip after we switched rooms. Also i booked the best suite in the place, it didn't meet our expectations:
- The pool was cold and not heated.
- The second room has a horrible smell.
- Wifi not working.
- Hot water takes around 5 mn until it works.
The reception offered no help at first afterwards they showed us two other accommodations even worse than the one we were in. After wasting one night, they finally offered us a decent suite so we switched rooms.

The stay was exceptional, the staff were friendly, the property is clean and quiet, breakfast is good and variable, beach is clean and quiet, the swimming pool is fantastic.

Amazing breakfast time and place facing the beach
Great atmosphere and people.
Clearing plates from the table in a very quick and strange way empty is understandable but with some food or liquid must be changed apart from that the Internet WiFi is poor also, my wife requested a daily free bottle of water but was denied the whole day.
Never still the smile of nice staff covers it all.

The private beach is beautiful, clean , maybe not big but it was as expected. The restaurant's food quality is high. Also that wherever you are like around the pool, your room , the reciption and the beach you can order food and drinks and it comes to you quickly. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Thanks Dina and Salwa for your great hospitality and excellent service.
The shower room is quite small in the bathroom but everything else makes you forget about that. Also in the room your coffee is for free but the mini bar is not - didn't bother me but bothers some people.

My favourite resorts since years now.. Mayda at the Reception is great helper for me and all the staff are very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for families who would like to have some relaxing time over the beach.

Shortage in towels on the pool.
Hotel policy regarding applying an extra bed for children above 6 years.
Rooms needs to be renovated as they are seems old.
