I very much liked the location (both of the hotel and my room) I liked the people there they are respectful, friendly and helpful I liked also that the place is quiet except for the noise coming from the main street (which is not the hotel's problem of course) I very much loved the oceanic view from the terrace I also liked that the location is nearby to many, many good places

I didn't like the visual appearance of the insides of the room. Almost everything inside the room look very old and so expired/used so that you think they are actually dirty (but they are not dirty, they are "expired/ancient" years ago). The room needs MUCH renovation and by much I mean almost everything even the door and its knob/handle and the light switches (also the bulbs), the blankets, all the wooden frames everywhere inside and outside the room, the paintings, the TV

I didn't like anything except the location.

The room they gave me was so bad and not clean and the window was broken and it doesn't worth any money. I checked in and returned at sleep time and didn't see the room except night, and I was shocked how dirty and poor it was, and it doesn't worth a penny. I don't know the staff also is not nice, no facilities in room except a soap not even a towel and they didn't give me, I had mine so I didn't ask but when I was checking out they were giving another person which was shocking for me. Not recommended at all. I never felt that feeling in a hotel I couldn't even sleep. No air conditioner, no fan and room was very hot. I was in another hotel before with almost the same amount and it was clean and so good with air conditioner also, fridge, towels and boiler.

الفندق لا يشغلون التكييف الا الليل خدمة الغسيل والكوي مبالغ فيها المصعد تنتظر كثير حتى ياتي الطاقم لا يتجاوب ابدا خصوصا شفت الليل يدرون فلوس لاي خدمه

Lo que más me gusta es la amplitud de la habitación y del baño, muy cómodos realmente además cuenta con un balcón con vista lateral al mar que en epocas de calor debe ser muy agradable pasar algún tiempo ahí. La señorita o señora de la recepción muy amable y sonriente en los dos momentos que tuve oportunidad de interactuar con ella, el botones también muy atento y cordial al igual que el señor del servicio de lavandería (Un servicio excelente vale la pena decirlo). Queria quedarme otras noches más pero ya estaba todo reservado. En toda la zona es el único hotel que tiene servicio de internet en las habitaciones y lo digo por conocimiento directo puesto que ya llevo casi 3 meses en Egipto y me he recorrido casi todos los hoteles de Alejandría de presupuesto modesto. El desayuno es tipo buffet que también me sorprendió por el precio que pagué, eso me gusta porque puedo escoger lo que quiero comer y no se desperdicia comida que en otras partes me sirven y no me gusta. La ubicación perfecta para mis intereses ya que viajo por trabajo en la zona, además está muy cerca a una estación de tranvía y me encanta viajar en el. Definitivamente si se presenta la oportunidad y tienen disponibilidad me volveré a hospedar ahí con toda seguridad.

El mensaje automático en booking cuando hice la reserva es con amenaza, algo como "Si no llega a la hora indicada pierde su reserva" podrían redactar de forma más cordial el mismo mensaje. Esa misma cortesía falta en la mayoría del personal, si, hacen bien su trabajo pero a excepción de las personas mencionadas en lo positivo, todos son serios y poco amables. Una sonrisa amigable vende mucho. La calefacción es prácticamente inexistente. Cuentan con un sistema antiguo que casi no calienta. ( Pero me prestaron otra cobija)
