Friendly people

@No wifi @Lift stopped working and I had to take the stairs to the 5th floor @Room not cleaned although the bed was made the floor was not hovered. @For £81 per night no air conditioning I sweated all night. When I opened the windows, the outside noise from the cars was unbearable.

Stinky place,unfriendly staff

Clean room. Bathroom was small but with all the standard things (shower, sink, bodywash, toilet paper). Bed was decent, comfortable enough. Very pleased with the carpeted floor. Wardrobe was small but manageable, 3 clothes hanger available to use. TV was ok, no english channel.

Wifi was so bad in the room, has to go to lobby to get good signal. No slippers provided, but with carpeted floor it was fine

The gest was very noisy the bed was not very clean. Elevator of parking was not working. The towels were not clean

Smooth checkin and checkout

The toilet was horrible. The toilet flush was not working and the shower head was broken putting water all over the shower. We told to the staff in the morning and they told us that they would send a technician but in the evening nothing was repaired at all…

The room was comfortable and the water was hot and plentiful. i was glad it had an opening window as there was far too much heating on. I also was able to turn down the temperature, or it would not have been comfortable.

the shower design of the door was a disaster, sending the water straight through the holes and wetting the floor of the bathroom. the hairdrier fell off as it was held by sticky tape and this made it start blowing in the middle of the night and gave me a fright. It would be nice to have a kettle to heat up water for tea.

Overall, considering the price, it is suitable for staying. It does not have an air conditioner, but if the window is open, the room will be cool. It had a fan and the place for the air conditioner was good. The staff were funny and respectful, especially the breakfast attendant.Next time, if I come to Paris, I will come to this hotel.

It is far from the city center, but it is peaceful. You can easily go to the city center with the pink metro line 7. The breakfast was the same and had no variety on different days. It didn't have omelette and nimru, which I would have liked.First of all, my flight was canceled and I couldn't make it to the hotel stay date I had reserved for 5 nights, but when I wrote a message and sent an email to the hotel, they told me that all my money was wasted. While I had informed on the first day of arrival that I could not enter, but when I went to the hotel reception in person, I was treated well and only two were wasted and three nights were replaced.

A good place to stay if you have an early flight. Easy to come to with local traffic from the centre of Paris.
