Reasonable value for money in this location. Quieter than expected. Large room

Fittings and fixtures tired and dated.

The hotel is a little way out of Sydney but local bus services were good so no great problem.

our bed was uncomfortable , we stripped back the sheets & it didn’t have a mattress protector on it, we rang and asked for one & also put a quilt under the sheets to soften the mattress as it was to hard & we were getting sore backs in the morning.

access is difficult if driving towards city, parking is well away from rooms and it was pouring rain when we arrived. a steel stairwell outside our room was noisy when being used by other people.

Location, air-conditioning

Dusty, Dusty, Dusty Dusty and lastly very Dusty. The lamps wasn't working exempt one. Sink full of hairs and water won't drain so every time we had to wait the water was gone to reuse the sink. Horrible and poor breakfast, I gave one bite at the sausage and I gave up everything because was disgusting. Ask an hight chair for my son but the safety strips were dirty as brown. My worst hotel in Australia so far.
