Nice accommodation with a great choice of breakfast, excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Our triple room was quite large with a large balcony and large bathroom. Appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Family friendly. Only 10 min from the beach, nearby pharmacy, supermarket. Bus stop just below the hotel.

Some of the guests - mostly young Germans - were noisy and messy during the night. Fortunately, after a warning from the receptionist, the situation improved.

Everything was nice. Great staff both at reception and in the restaurant Delicious and fresh food. Big cleanliness and daily room service . Good location for using public transport . Very nice attitude towards us . Thank all !

The overall light and size of the room. Staff were friendly and supportive regardless of their level of English fluency. Relatively quiet hotel.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and too small for someone my size. The safety box came at an extra cost. There was no consideration for vegan food at all, which was a massive downfall.

The shower/bath is quite low and small so easy for water to be spilled out despite the shower curtain, which could be hazardous and slippery

very pleasant receptionists, reactive and solving the problem immediatelly luggage storage for free was very helpful the pool area looks very nice, unfortunatelly we had no time to try

The hotel location is good not far from the beach and the airport.

The room is smaller than I expected and the sliding door at the bathroom is always blocked kind of hard to open. The coffee in breakfast was tasteless.

The Room was super comfortable for us, it had everything we needed and loved the balcony with a pool view!. The staff were really nice and helped us with anything we needed. We specially loved that they kept our bags after checking out so that we could enjoy the beach a little bit more. Even had showers and towels for us to get ready for the airport. Would really recommend and definitely repeat!

The Breakfast could’ve been a little bit better, the choices of food were really nice but the coffee and juice were from a machine so the taste wasn’t good at all.

Rooms where decent sized and I liked the balcony

Nothing wrong with the property however I found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful I was essentially greated with a grunt when I checked in, this gave a bad impression and any other interactions with the staff didn’t improve over the days we where there. My friends also staying there had similar experiences so I think this is a bigger issue than just my experience. Unfortunately for me this would turn me off staying there, otherwise the location and facilities where very good value

Rooms were quite clean. Hotel located near the beach, but in quite area.

Extremely negative feelings during the stay. The rooms were not soundproofed, every sound could be heard from the adjoining rooms and from the corridor. On the website you can find information about free wifi, in hotel it turns out that you have to pay for it, and the staff is not willing to help and blames of everything the hotel management. The breakfasts was terrible, low quality food and bevareges. The deskman said during the check in that he wanted to take our ID for two hours, because "he needed them", but after paying attention he did everything in 3 minutes. The jacuzzi in the pool sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, from the staff you could heard that „it happens, it is normal”... We travel a lot, but for the first time I would advise against staying in this hotel.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Very good breakfast and dinner for a 3 star hotel. Very close to the bus station where bus 23 stops which takes you directly to Palma. About 500 meters to the beach.

Shampoo and shower gel are free only for the first day. When I asked why they didn't refill our shampoo and shower gel the next day, I got the answer that it was normally a 3 star hotel, which is nonsense, because I traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of 2 to 5 star hotels. In all 2 and 3 star hotels it is normal refill shower gel and shampoo every day except in this one. Maybe it's their policy, but don't say that it applies to all 3 star hotels. The elevators are very small. It is not normal for wifi to be charged in 2021.

Good location not even 10 min walk from the beach. New swimming pool. Top food. Very clean hotel.
