L’odeur de cannabis partout dans l’hôtel jusqu’à dans ma chambre le nombre de poubelle sur le parking le bruit de l’installation sanitaire quand l’eau se mettait en route dans une chambre voisine très mauvais séjour je n’ai pas réussi à dormir de la nuit.

L'amabilité du personnel. Le niveau d'équipement très satisfaisant. Bonne literie.

La propreté : les moquettes des parties communes (couloirs et escaliers) sont extrèmement sales et usées ! Très mauvaise odeur (urine ?) dans le couloir qui mène à l'ascenseur au rez-de-chaussée. Les tasses et les couverts, surtout les couteaux, étaient mal lavés au buffet du petit-déjeuner (problème de lave-vaisselle ?)

Lit confortables.

Propreté limite avec poussière dans la chambre et cheveux dans la douche.

Facile à stationner, il y a des places de parking devant. A proximité des infrastructures (restaurants, cinema...)

J'avais choisi cet établissement car il avait une baignoire, pour prendre un bain après la journée de travail, cependant, il n'y avait rien pour boucher la bonde, donc pas de bain.

Accueil impeccable literie correcte et suffisant, proximité centre commerciale, petit déj suffisant

Hotel vieillissant mériterait un bon coup de propre, domage le calme était présent mais une fuite de chasse d'eau qui coule toute la nuit est fortement désagréable

L'emplacement était pas mal, et le rapport qualité/prix était pas mal. La literie était assez confortable

L'endroit fait un peu vétuste par endroits, le sèche - cheveux ne marchait pas dans une chambre et dans l'autre la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas.

L’emplacement est top, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et la dame qui nous accueilli était très agréable.

Il manquait quelques équipements.

La partie Déjeuner un peu trop triste. Une baignoire mais pas de bouchon pour prendre un bain.

The staff was 75% absolutely exceptional and it was only one of 4 people at the reception that was absolutely antisocial. It was close to everything I needed. Metro, shopping center, hostpital (where I worked). The room was pretty clean. And the bathroom I was in wasn't looking as bad as some other people provided photos. Warm water instantly. Not too bad And nobody bothered me with anything. Sometimes this is a plus. Being left alone.

The smell in the room was horrendous. I put my clothes in the cabinets and after I got them out they smelled like rotten mold. It was a bit noisy but it wasn't so bad. However I am someone that's not having difficulty sleeping. Everything else was acceptable or good, but this is the reason I would most likely not stay at this hotel again.

Le personnel poli

Les chambres manquent cruellement de propreté et d’insonorisation… poil sur la lunette des toilettes, poussière partout, sol collant. A cela vous ajoutez des bruits permanents dans les couloirs, comme un groupe d’une vingtaine de personnes qui décident d’arriver a 23h, discuter dans le couloir en attendant l’ascenseur, ça crie, ça rigole… aucun respect

We booked this hotel last minute after another hotel cancelled and wanted a cheap, stop off, fairly close to the motorway network, which is all you get. While the bed was quite small, it was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

While this was a budget hotel, it didn't feel like value for money and I would pay more and go elsewhere next time. This was more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Before we got to the room, the lift up genuinely scared us - it sounded like it would break any moment and we didn't use it again and the corridors were stained. The room itself was very basis. It was small and felt smaller due to the sloping roof (on the 3rd floor). The information indicated rooms were set to be 19 degrees but this wasn't the case - it was sweltering and no way to cool it. The bathroom had some old damage (cracked sink) and and sink took ages to drain away. There were also lot of people being very loud late at night and there was no soundproofing to stop the noise.

This is an excellent built and designed hotel which has not had any maintenance or upgrade. A bit of a tragedy really.

The condition of the room. There was fungus washed out from the wall but not removed. Bathroom should have renovation.

the bathroom is too dirty and very old. The bed was inconfortable to much noise when you turn around the bed. No light. The toilet wooden was broken.
