The location of the property next to the East of England show ground and with easy access to the A1 was ideal for me. The room had a Comfortable bed and was well equipped.

Bathroom was small and needed attention to decor

Front desk staff all very helpful. My room was cold on arrival but they soon provided a powerful heater. Breakfast was good.

Limited Menu for dinner. However, l ate next door at the harvester which was excellent.

I noticed immediately how clean the reception area was and this cleanliness was throughout, in our room and in the dining area. The staff were very pleasant.

Minor point - the room did not have a main ceiling light and it was a little dull with just lamps.

No clean wine glasses and chips were soggy. Staff were not around much in the evening. The room was extremely hot.

Like usual when I stay at this hotel everything was fine. The lady at the reception when we checked in was so pleasant. As usual the staff is the best at this hotel. Last time I stayed I complained about no fruit at breakfast but this time everything was fine.

On arrival the tall lad behind the reception was very pleasant and helpful,and sorted the parking out for us.Later whilst I was still at the East of England showground 16mm Garden railway show my wife walked back to the Hotel,the reception helped her to log onto the wi fi so that she could use her laptop, until I got back.The room was very tidy although the bedside lights could have been better cleaned, as when you switched them on you could see the dust floating in the light.The bed was really comfy with a good choice of pillows and the curtains certainly blocked out the external light.The Breakfast was fresh,hot and very well cooked and prepared - excellent.

Not a lot really.Perhaps a bit more attention to dusting as mentioned,and a Toilet cleaning brush would be helpful.
