Stay was overall good and staff polite and helpful when I could not get in to room on 3 rd card they had to come at midnight with key. Offered to swap room but too late for me to do this.

More milk in rooms Price difference between my stay and friends and they had breakfast included.

Friendly accommodating staff, lovely hotel, fantastic food and drink......right price . This makes it ten times the hotel that it is, even better than the place on the opposite side of the road with its ryder cup golf heritage!!!!!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were all friendly and helpful. After a difficult journey and deciding to stop unexpectedly we had a 'bonus' night away in a lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds, and very good food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Thank you so much.

In the bedroom some of the decor needed a little bit of updating.

We had booked 2 nights stay,Monday 11th September & Thursday 14th Septemberthe staff were helpful & friendly

When I booked t the rooms ,I requested ground floor rooms as my husband,brother-in-law & Inare disabled,when we were checked in the rooms were on 1st floor & there is no lift in the hotel,it wasn’t until II sister that we were given ground floor rooms wenwere given them,I had also rung & emailed the hotel before our arrival to remind them of our request ,then to find on arrival we were told they couodn’t comply with our request,they did after sone time give us an upgradede ground floor rooms,before leaving the hotel next day I spoke to a receptionist about our next booking on the 14th September & said we had requested ground floor rooms,that we were given on arrival,the sink plug in room 333 was not working the next morning which made things difficult when using the sink,we reported it before we left

After being given the wrong room and reporting the issue it took minutes by the friendly staff to change the room to an executive room.

Given a twin room and not a double that had AC problems and the shower was defective.

Nice comfy, clean rooms

Property looks a bit dated from the outside but inside was great

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Ev charging point on site was extremely convenient.

very good breakfast, small but usable gym including rowing machine, endless amounts of pillows, sky TV,

very warm, no air-condition in my room, had to keep the window open all night and had a bird flying in, not really a problem

The ac in the room leaked . And leaked all into my bag there wa a pool of water in my bag . And I asked somone to come and do house keeping no one did !!
