The location is really good if you want to sleep at night 👍 (I used to stay at another hotel in Ruse, also in the centre, and there it was much noisier at night). Here the street is very quiet and at the same time you are close to the city centre. Also, I think we got a better room than we booked, it was very spacious. A bed was really comfortable, so this hotel is great for having a proper rest. And the price was reasonable. There was a coffee machine and some food like croissants in the lobby, thus it was possible to eat something for breakfast, but we chose to go to the restaurant instead. There are several ones nearby, and we were given a discount as hotel guests, which was also very nice. We’ll choose this hotel again if we need to stay in Ruse.

The air conditioner was a little bit noisy but it didn’t disturb us much, as it didn’t have to work all the time.

Great rooms, very comfy and smelling to perfume. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. Location is wonderful. 100% recommending.
