Large comfortable room…good location in a residential neighbourhood close to the Danube River…staff were very friendly and attentive…a pleasant experience all around

Breakfast was a little sparse but ok…I prefer a bathtub but we had just a shower… u

The location was very good, as it was near the city center. Staff was excellent as well.

The hvac set up was kind of noisy as it picked up noise from other rooms when their AC was used

This is a small, beautiful hotel that we will certainly choose again if we return to Ruse. The room was comfortable, location very close to the center and the staff was very helpful.

Nothing specific to complain. The breakfast could have a little more variety but it's no big deal. :)

Great location, across street from Danube; wonderful lobby area; friendly staff; delicious breakfast; cozy, but large room, with comfortable bed; next door to best restaurant in the city; very reasonably priced. This was a fantastic place to stay in Ruse!

Good new hotel with large room, very clean and excepțional staff.

We hâd a stopover of one night, so we could’t find nothing wrong.

- staff at the reception desk, kind and helpful - spacious and clean room - well-equipped bathroom (but small) - good breakfast (but not buffet) - good location: on the bank of the Danube, 10 minutes from the pedestrian area

- we found a good parking place, but undeveloped (probably because the street is under renovation) - the room door does not have a locking system on the inside, you can leave it open if you do not close it properly

The Residence House is very close both to the center and Danube river. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The junior suite was with a comfortable bed and very stylish.

I think the door is not quite soundproof as in the morning we were able to hear steps from the corridor. But other than that all was good.

Superb location next to the Danube. Easy to reach, waking distance restaurants, Nice breakfast, Very kind staff and very clean. Great for one night stay for business.

Bed mattress very squeaky, including our neighbor's. Could hear it through the wall, all through the night. A bit annoying.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality. The staff were amazing, always smiling, asking if you want a coffee, water. The room was not big but it was confy and clean. Although the breakfast was not buffet, it was tasty and enough. The hotel is located near to the city center and Danube is right across the street.
