The location was amazing. It's far away from the centre, but its perfect if you want a peaceful location

The restaurant was closed due to off season. The hotel should inform the visitors in advance so that they can come prepared. There is no restaurant nearby.

Hotel Tatry is my the only choice if I decide to spend a few days in Polish Tatra Mountains. It is simply the best of the best. The location is far away from a city or village noise and crowds. Beautiful and breathtaking views from my balcony. All staff are very friendly and amazing beginning from a reception desk through housekeeping ladies to dinning room personnel. There is a wide variety of delicious dishes and they make it sure You are not hungry. Before my vacation ends and I have to leave from here, I make sure I already plan my next stay here. This place is amazing and literally there is nothing nor to like. I am looking forward to coming here again soon.

it’s next to ski centre which is good what we are planning for. Breakfast is good with variety of local food.

although access to the aqua park is free, it was quite a distance from the hotel. if you are expecting for a daily pool enjoyment, be prepare to travel 30min to get to the location and you might want to bring your own towel as well. the day we went, we were planning for renting towel but it’s all rent out by the time we were there (11:30am)

I bath room has bad small from pipe.. No secure at hotel my wad other section and no securr was was really affired....u don't speak English.. Need to learn the reception stuff

Ancient furnishing .Still everything from 80's of 20 century. Need upgrading to the 21st century.

We booked a better apartments, so they were very comfortable, rooms are clean, staff also very helpfull. This hotel also have a playroom for kids and the playground outside! The location is great who wants to relax and be away from the city center. All in all, the hotel is old, but we liked his history and autentical interior design!

The wifi was very weak, so most of the time we did not have internet.

The room equipment is very poor quality the fridge was not closing, the toilet bowl was broken and the floor was a full carpet so there were hair sticking on my feet… As I think it’s hard to clean and remove all the hair etc. Better to bring slippers !

Waze navigation didn’t recognize that address and bring us to Małe Ciche valley through other cities but you need to drive through the Zakopane city and then Waze navigate brings you directly to the hotel. Maybe they need to write something how to reach the hotel in hotels description 🙂

Hotel Tatry is one of a few hotels You want to return to even before the end of Your current stay. There is nothing You would not like here. It is located higher in the mountains away from a city smoke, crowds and noise. The rooms are clean and renewed and remodeled. Everybody beginning from a Reception Desk through buffet breakfast and dinner to housekeeping personnel are very professional, nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast offers a whole variety of choices of cold cuts, cheeses, salads, etc … hot buffet is delicious, too. I highly recommend Hotel Tatry for Your next dream vacation. I know I will be coming back here soon. I would like to thank all the Personnel for making my stay such a great and unforgettable experience. You, Guys, are the best. Have a nice day. Hotel Tatry is located in a perfect place. A very nice, quiet and magical. it is high in the mountains surrounded by a forest. It has its special atmosphere. I come here every winter to spend my vacation and each time I truly love it and enjoy it to the fullest. Lots of good memories. The facility is well taken care of and even upgraded recently. Wonderful tasty full of choices breakfast and very delicious and creative dinner. All staff members, from receptionists, housekeeping, food servers and many I did not have a chance to meet, are professional and extremely pleasant. They always make me feel like a close member of the Family. This is why even before I left I already wanted to come back and hopefully will soon. There is nothing not to like.

Hotel Tatry is a truely dog friendly place. I wasn’t the only person who brought their 4-legged friend for a stay in that time. There’s s huge green area where dogs can play and have a short walk. Małe Ciche is also not far from the border with Slovakia where you can take your dog for a hike in the Tatry mountains. Although the view from the balcony in the hotel encourages to just stay and relax admiring the mountains.

Our initial booking was at the "budynek turystyczny". The building wad dissapionting. I expected a kitchen annex but there was none in my room. The receptionist offered another room actually with an annex but there was only a sink, table, chairs and some cupboards, nothing else that would make up a kitchen. The building was very dated and had old untidy carpets in the hall. Luckily the receptionost offered us a room in the main building where we really enjoyed our stay. Would go back there again but not to " budynek turystyczny".

Beautiful location, the hotel is interesting and unique. Good place to stay longer and explore the nature. The room was very large and clean, with balcony and view to the mountains.

the view from the window to the mountains is the biggest plus of the hotel. clean and comfortable room. simple but delicious breakfast.

there is no shower gel, bottled water, tea / coffee or even a kettle and cups in the room. be careful when building a route with GPS !!! shows 2 roads, one of which leads into the forest off-road. the resturans close at 7pm,

Exceptional location with perfect view at the Tatra.

Neighboring rooms have a shared door which is of course closed but has a 1 cm gap underneath, this makes the stay pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant to hear everything from the room next door, like having roommates that you didn´t ask for. Even if the place allows dogs in the room, they are not allowed in the breakfast/dining area, so we couldn´t really enjoy dinner nor the breakfast. There was only 1 table available on the terrasse but that was more like a place for smokers.
